I believe it is a citizens duty to expose or warn the public of unethical businesses. Do not retain this attorney & I am not an unhappy client who lost a case as I would not allow this man to represent me any further. After a thorough consultation, $3K was requested & he specifically stated he couldn't foresee any reason why we shouldn't receive a refund check when the case was final as "this firm was fair in their fees" 15 phone calls only 4 spoken with Mr. Pruett himself, 1 document & 1 court appearance $3900. We also gave him a retainer for another case we decided not to sue in with no court appearances and never pursued. He would not apply that amount to the current case.

When dealing with legal matters, things get very overwhelming and hard to keep up with at times. Mr. Pruitt and his firm are ALWAYS helpful and courteous. After dealing with another attorney that wasn't so knowledgeable and hardworking, Mr. Pruitt is the ONLY person I will speak with about legal matters. I can not tell you how huge of a weight and what piece of mind it gives my husband and I, knowing that we are supported by Bill Pruitt!

We recently hired Mr Pruett to help us to get our daughter out of a bad situation.
