Reservoir

From another city, this is my second time visiting Reservoir. Absolutely terrible. We found an open booth, sat down, and our waiter asked if we would mind just going to the bar instead - Rude. Secondly, I was charged twice for my tab after pointing it out to the waiter (kind person but maybe preoccupied?). Lastly, here's where it gets good, TWO people arrested and seemingly mistreated for undeserved reasons and the supposed owner willingly participated in it. A person in our group simply asked exactly what the police were protecting us from in those specific instances and they threatened him with an arrest.
Disgusting. Once a favorite on West seventh, I hope it gets the reputation it deserves.
