        substandard at best

        I used to like panchos flautas and tacos. it has been a few years since i ate there so when we saw panchos on the way home is said great. bought a dozen of tacos, 6 flautas, and an order of sopapias. that came out to be over 20.00. on the way home my daughter an I ate the flautas. ok so far, but when we got home my daughter discovered that the tacos were filled with literally a teaspoon of meat. we called the manager Lorena said she could not credit us the tacos but had to drive back to do so. we did and she did in fact voided the credit card transaction and then charged us for the flautas. ok fine we ate those but she didn't ever want to give us a gift card for all that trouble. i was angry that she would not do it over the phone and we had to drive all the way back. i don't live in that area and so it was an pain to go back. had i been the manager at that time i would have voided the whole transaction. at the very least given a gift card for credit to a free meal. i would not have used it anyway. i'm not going back to any panchos again.
