I don't understand why anyone would write a negative comment about their service? Anytime/everytime I need my boat serviced they do it to my satisfaction and then some! If you have concerns talk to them and they'll resolve them! These guys are good, no-matter what location!



bad service

we were first time boat owners/buyers. we bought a 22' pontoon boat with a red benini cover. we wanted to be able to pull a tube but did not need to pull a skier. they told us the 50 hp engine would be enough. we also wanted another red cover to be added, instaed of the storrage cover, so the whole boat would be shaded. they said they could do it but the red might be off a little. kind of like if you had a wine colored top and ordered a burgundy. we said that was fine as long as it was close.

when we went to pick up our boat for our first big weekend the boat wasnt even ready but they said we could take it and bring it back with a list of everything that needed to be done. wow! the list is just to long for this review but i wil tell you that even the trailer was not finished and all the bolts were loose and some missing. we still do not have a new windshield. we still have an old one they took off another boat.

we took it back. we picked it up again. the second cove was on. there are not even bad words to tell how bad the boat looked. not only was the top not red it was burgundy, it was very small and about 2' shoter than the original, it was vinal instead of cloth and it did not zip together. the sales guy even sat very rudely and says well same on us for trying to save you money and the service manager said he was just doing what he was told and thats why he didnt call to ask us the customer if thats what we wanted. we left the boat again.

when we picked it up the top was finished and it did look much better. they put the straps on the first top so it would not fall and hit anyone in the head again. but they could not get the ladder that went with our boat so they covered the old holes with a plastic disc and put on new ladder brackets. there were still metal shaving in the carpet and we still do not have everything. we can not tube with our boat unless your just wantings to pull it while your laying out for some sun. the sales person told us that the engine warning would go off after 20 hours and to just reset it and wait till 50 hours. but later the machanic told us to be sure and bring the boat in after 20 hours or the warranty would be void.
