DO NOT GO HERE ! My family member tried to go that clearly needed help and instead of trying to help him they just kicked him out the building. He had his phone on him and if they really wanted to help they could’ve calmed him down and asked for him to call his family because he didn’t have ID. I feel because he was black they assumed he didn’t have insurance and refused service. They could’ve called 911 or anything . After he was kicked out he almost died because they failed to help him. I called the facility manager DAVID today and he didn’t care and instead of calming me down because I was upset he hung up in my face. This place is very unprofessional. As a business owner myself customer service is very important. Please don’t give your money to this company there are urgent care centers on every street now. Avoid this one at all cost. My family member almost lost his life because of them. They didn’t even try to help. I will be contacting corporate about how this manager treats people.

The faculty is very nice and clean. The doctor that seen me was nice BUT I don't think he was that knowledgeable. That was really unfortunate cause I was hoping to find somewhere close to home for me and my family for after hours and weekends. He referred me to go to my family health care provider instead of taking care of my illness. That to me feeling sick after my visit yesterday, prompted me to write this review after my followup phone call from the clinics doctor. My opinion for MedExpress is Two Thumbs DOWN.
