JPS Urgent Care Center

I went because I had severe pain in my femur from a rod.I arrived at 10 am and was in a room by 10:15 am. Absolutely everyone I encountered loved their job...which is why they provided such good care. They listened to my suggestions, I listened to their's...and in 2.5 hours I left walking MUCH better than when I went in. They actively listened; they showed empathy and compassion; and they were efficient. I would like to thank the following people: Charles D-RN; Callie L-PA; Jose M=Transporter; Jill L-XRAY tech; and Jacqui C-ENT. GREAT JOB JPS!!!! God Bless!

go here when sick improve wait times

I waited 9 hours to see someone @ the JPS ER but when i finally saw a dr. she was volunteering from JPS URGENT CARE. She was sweet and kind and very helpful. I'll definitely go there first from now on!
