The computer sign in for using the rifle range is a joke, the staff did nothing for me . Never going back.
Defender Outdoors it the finest of gun ranges and training facilities. We have the right to defend ourselves but with that right comes a responsibility to get the training and experience to be safe and responsible. Defender Outdoors is the perfect place to accomplish this. I have taken several courses (Intro to Handgun, LTC, LTC Medic, Handgun Cleaning, LTC Judgemental, and Carry With Confidence) and loved the training and staff. I will be taking many more courses and try to go at least twice a month. The sales staff and range officers are top notch. I love Defender Outdoors!
I took the LTC class with defender outdoor the class was very informative and also entertaining (hard to do with a class about the law) the range is excellent ,bright and clean. the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about products they make you feel taken care of but not smothered
Staff very friendly, how ever when you place an online order their website is misleading leaving you thinking they will ship your order in 24-48 hours... Wrong wrong wrong, you place your order then you have to wait a week for your order to come from their "warehouse" before shipping to you. The staff has no way of knowing when they will recive your order from their "warehouse" nor do they have any idea where their "warehouse" is located. I am currently still waiting to hear when they will recive my order 5 days later and three phone calls. They may be a great place to visit but don't order from them online unless you have plenty of waiting time.
