I know that most people only leave reviews for negativity unless they are paid. Well in this case I am paid lol but this review is for proof that I actually did receive excellent service. They were able to work with me on my high deductible (which was my main concern) and knocked out 11 different services on my claim in just 2 days.

Before selling my property I needed: a full roof replacement, 2 panel fence repair and mowing a lawn that had not been cut in over 2 months... All needing to be done 5 days prior to closing.



The property cleaned up very well! I uploaded my insurance claim showing 20 yr shingles because Trinidad installed 30 yr shingles for the same price and brought down coverage for the new buyer. Very grateful for this company and their urgency to help me close

I knew my roof needed to be replaced soon, but this past storm confirmed it. I had a pouring leak coming through my back living room. Come to find out, a tree had topped over from the neighbors backyard and put a hole in my roof.. Josh and his crew showed up same day and waited in their truck until the rain died. They repaired the roof from the inside then went outside and sawed the tree in pieces to remove it. From there they also patched the outside! I've never seen a company go out of there way like that. Great great group of guys.

I highly recommend Trinidad! Had a couple projects to get done. I live out of state, but have a place in Saginaw for my daughter. Omar and his crew worked with me through the projects, via phone, text, and email. Just what I needed. (Most contractors were slow on getting an estimate or calling back) They did a fantastic job, and I didn't have to worry about quality after seeing their references. Made me feel comfortable trusting his company would get the job done, and done right.

My husband and I were having major issues with our insurance company approving a new roof. The adjuster would show up while nobody was home and we had to wait a whole year to try again. Since then we were dishing out money left and right for repairs. We were hoping to have a reliable contractor to help us this year and Josh was very punctual from the start. He understood our situation and made sure he was at my home early to catch the adjuster. it was funny actually because the 2 were debating over the qualifications. Well Josh won and not only did he get a new roof approved, but he also got new gutters, window screens and interior repairs! i cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Trinidad working on our behalf. MUCH better price then other contractors as well.

felt discouraged about using this company at first because of how much more inexpensive their quote was compared to lon smith and usa roofing, but josh explained very well that they are able to do so because of small overhead cost. company is ran literally "in house" by family and friends (small local business). i also researched them all over the internet and found 0 negative reviews.

josh is great. its a huge plus when a contractor can call when he's supposed to and be on time. they also handled my entire insurance claim.

had to pay out of pocket unfortunately, but Josh's quote was able to save me about $1100 on a new roof. Actually surprised that workers came in at 7:30am and were done by 4pm on Christmas Eve. couldn't have worked out any better.

sorry this is a late review. Trinidad did my roof about 2 weeks ago along with other services on my insurance claim. (Including painting, drywall and decking replacement) Josh is a great people's person and really helped me understand the insurance process. but most of all they had the best quote by a lot and my property was cleaned and respected .

called these guys at 11pm on a horrible weather day because the hours of operation say open 24/7. Surprisingly they answered and showed up the next morning! grateful that these guys could make it out before the sleet hit. they did a quick repair from the inside of my attic to hold until it was safe to look at the roof. so far 0 leaks.
