well my story starts in june i took in my arctic cat trv 400 because idel won't work , 2 months later its still there,no one has a clue how to fix it, i had to pick it up,now during the time it was there they never call me,they don't get messages i left,and when i pick it up the carberator cover is missing and gas gauge dosent work,,so i take it back they find carb cover and the gas gauge now works because they put some gas in it ,,i didn't know they emptied a full tank,,so manager said they would refund my 85 bucks for the screwups,,,after 2 weeks of not getting it i called and they said the comptroller is out and waiting for her to get back ?? well i guess she went to africa or she never came back,,still no refund,,,i also found lots of water on my 4 wheeler because they left it outside in the rain,,,if you take anything here to get fixed ,,take a claw hammer and hit yourself in the head cause you are stupid,,,

They took the bike back, gave me my choice of any bike they had, and gave me a nice partial refund for my troubles. Been waiting on my tag and title from my purchase on 7/7/15. Written at least four emails. Very poor service and no explanation on why it's taking so long.
When I went to buy a bike from them I was treated very well by Steven, traded my bike for one of theirs plus put down cash for difference. I had problems with the bike and brought it back the next day. These guys stayed late to ensure I got my bike back in a timely manner. The problem now lies with the fact that I gave them my bike along with its title over three months ago and still have not received my plates or title for the new bike. I have called several times, been told that it would be 6-8 weeks, then told, "it's sitting at the tax office and we just have to go pick it up", to then hearing today that, "this isn't my department but I left a message on so and so's desk to get back to you as soon as possible. I just want someone to take responsibility and be honest with me and tell me where the hell my plates and title are at.

"Bateman" guessing is the sales manager came out of his cube once, to slowly walk by me and made no contact went in the back. He came back out...still no contact and went back in his hole. Thanks for the no greeting and not even speaking to me. Won't be back, and don't waste your time. Take your money elsewhere!!

The crew there are a joke they don't need to be in the motorcycle business they don't have a clue you can tell when they talk to you they try to. Make you beloved that someone left the key on why the battery is down they get the junk from the Auction. The don't even check it before theysell it the salesman and owner are dummer than a box of rocksthey don't have a clue I guess anybody with money can get in the motorcycle business they are libale to get someone killed selling there put together junk nobody else wants that's why try are in auction. Scott by far is the most knowledgeable motorcycle technician I have ever known, they fix it right the first time ! The prices on their labor are more than fair, lower than anyone else that I have used, have never had a issue with any of their service. David is the best Service Manager that I have ever dealt with.
