Ordered some glasses for my daughter and went to go pick them up. They're closed for business!!! I'm so angry, my daughter desperately needs glasses and the office is closed??? I will never recommend this company.
Very unhappy with service. I Will never come back again. Just moved to the area trying to find a permanent eye doctor. They seem very money hungry willing to look over others just to make a sale. I felt this in my first intial check up but chalked it up to my first time. Upon coming back to my contact and prescription pick up they treated me the same way. I can't understand why it's so hard to provide great customer service as being a new business. Your future is dismal and I will continue to let others know.
Dr. Crabtree is an outstanding eye doctor! He took his time with me. Great location!! I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
Do NOT do business here! Last summer I found myself in a bind needing one hour glasses, and Visionworks was the only shop in the area that would accept my insurance. Upon walking into the shop I was overwhelmed with the level of disorganization with the staff. I happened to get a manager to help me with my order and he was the only person who seemed knowledgeable and caring. He made my glasses in the time that I needed and added an anti-glare covering to the lenses. When I stopped back in to pick up my order the staff that was there was glib and trite, they openly ignored me and went on to complain about their jobs in front of me. Over the past few months I have noticed that on my left lens the anti-glare cover has started to bubble up directly in the center of my line of vision. I finally called today to ask about having it repaired and was informed that it can be replaced but I would need to pay in full to do so. I asked the rep why it is that I would need to pay for a repair on an issue that is not fault of my own, but due to a defective product. She let me know that she would speak with her manager and return my call shortly. To her credit she did follow through and call me back, but at this point she told me that her manager explained that the item would have to be fully replaced at my expense. She then offered me a 25% discount on a bill that would ultimately be $195. Their website talks about integrity and quality and I have found neither of those to be attributes in this business. I will never use their services again. • • •
well, unlike stephaniebks, my exam was rushed (10 min.) which resulted , with an eye prescription that was totally diagnosed incorrectly. was never offered a second exam,had to go to another doctor,which ,at this writing ,got it right. NO,DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SIGHT.
