I recently used this company while I was in Dallas Texas. I shopped around and compared prices at 3 different places. Firearch - Rent a Car was almost 1/2 the price of the other 2. Dinesh sent me a confirmation letter after I booked a car and instructions on what to do once we had our luggage. He sent a driver right over for us. This place is only about 15 min. from the airport. When we arrived, Dinesh had all the paper work ready for us. He didn't try to sell us any "extras" and gave us tips on how to save some money while we were there. We had an early flight and asked Dinesh if we could meet him at the office at 4:30 am. He was there, paper work ready and had us at the airport by 4:45. We left a wallet in the car and Dinesh sent it to us !! I highly recommend his place if you are looking for a rent a car.

This was a bad experience. I went to pick up my car and THEY HAD NO CARS!I had paid for an Uber ride to pick up the car and was then stranded in downtown Fort Worth, TX. I told them this and they repeated they had no cars. I explained I had a confirmation and they said they had tried to call me but my number was bad. I have been a Hertz Gold Member for almost 6 years and the phone number has been the same.When I again expressed my dissatisfaction they said but you just made the reservation today as if I should have known better. There was never an apology, an offer for a ride home (I only live 2 miles away) or any other effort on their part.I ended up having to hire another Uber ride to get home.I may rent from Hertz again but never from that location. It is sad because this location reflects on all the nice, attentive people at other Hertz locations.
This is a great business. I have been using them for rentals for over 5 years. The cares are always in good repair and clean. The service from everyone is always top notch. Any issues are addressed and corrected quickly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
When I went to pick up a car I had reserved a week previously I was told they not only did not have my car but had NO cars. I waited over an hour for an ugly, overpriced Dodge with only a quarter of a tank of gas. I had to stop and fill it up before getting on the road. When I returned it, with half a tank, I was told it would cost me three times what I originally was quoted. The entire rental car industry is broken but never again Enterprise for me.
The agent at the counter was polite and efficient. They helped me without any hassle. I needed a ride to the bank before renting the car, they took me. Also I needed a ride home, they took me. They were all courteous, the only problem was that the car kinda smelled like cigarettes and cologne. Other than that awesome service, and rates.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car made my birthday come true. The car i wanted was not available, so they gave me a different one for same price. This made my birthday come teue..i rented a 2016 Nissan altima. Color red..The company was so great to me..great customer service and good personalities from employeesthank you again
Terrible service. We went to pick up our rental on Taylor St in Ft Worth TX and THEY HAD NO CARS. We were set to leave on vacation this morning. No offer to fix or help. Just don't have a car.
I have always had excellent service when dealing with Enterprise. I have used them every time I needed to rent a car for any reason.
I absolutely love enterprise rental car. The staff is always so friendly and caring. A drunk driver hit me and my car was deemed a total loss. Enterprise has been very helpful to me during this time. I would not choose another rental company.
