Called on the 29th of April about my cable line laying on top of the ground, and here it is the 9th of May and still no tech out to bury the cable line. Was told it takes 5business days to have anything done and here it is 11 days later and still nothing. Wish I could get paid for doing nothing like this company does
etollfree.net is SCAM. They charge 25 cents for each minute .You will see unexpected charges on your bill. You won't see which numbers called you ,and you are charged for what. The voice quality is too poor. I always had to ask the other person to repeat because I couldn't hear it.Their customer service is terrible. There is a phone number on their website but it is always on voice message, when you leave voice messages nobody calls you. The minimum deposit they ask you is $25 , when you pay that amount there is no refund even if you cancel your phone number.
I had Platinum Communications install two DirecTv systems in my RV Park in Azle, Texas. The first one was done about 15 months ago. I had another system installed about 6 months later. After a couple of extra trips out to the park, they had the first one doing right. The second system has been a disaster from the beginning. After a couple of extra trips out to fix non-working lines they gave up on trying to fix it. Johnny told me I probably had some kind of electrical interference in the park, which proved to be B.S. After that, he stopped returning my calls. I hired another cable contractor to come out and fix the second system and they removed the unreliable equipment and put in some more reliable equipment. I have had to replace 4 of the 7 lines that Platinum installed on the second system. As it turns out, they used substandard cable on the underground portion of the lines, at least on the second system. I have learned to run cable and troubleshoot the lines on my own. The bottom line is that Platinum communications is a rip-off.
Horrible customer service. Will not support with my time or money. Never even touched my device just sent me away with a phone number, manager only made excuses why this was ok. BOO HISS, People skills not so much
Unbelievable organization. We purchased a toll free number from etollfree 6 weeks ago. At that time we ordered an auto attendant for a cost of $89. At that time we were billed for that service. last week (6 weeks later) we called to discover why our number did not have an auto attendant, why the number got all circuits busy all the time, why the number rang open and never went to voicemail. At this time they finally put our auto attendant together and then changed us $49 + invoiced us for $111. This is a phone number we have NEVER used! When we called to dispute these charges, the owner yelled at us, cussed at us! Told us we were not worth his time and he was not going to listen to our MFing bitching, wasting his time on the phone! Seriously! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. Robert Wilson, Owner, is a fraud and simply a jerk.
Absolute worst service I have ever had. My new phone had a defect within 5 days and the REFUSED to help me stating that the damage was caused by dropping the phone even though it was in PERFECT condition and had never been dropped. Avoid them at all costs.
Have always gotten excellent customer service. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful
