I’m also giving you a review. But if I could I would give y’all a 0. On December the 22nd I was suppose to leave Fort Worth at 9am to go to Houston. Unfortunately due to Greyhound not having a driver for that bus, we didn’t get to leave until 2pm. Having a five hour delay is absolutely unacceptable to me as a passenger. Hell you didn’t even bother to call those with reservations. At least the airlines would have let us know if there was going to be a delay or not. I’m not happy about this at all. Then after I get to Houston I miss my opportunity to have heart surgery and this was entirely greyhounds fault. I had to reschedule everything due to there mistakes in hiring enough staff to cover those selected routes. Due to there transport issues my family opted to return me back to Fort Worth in a vehicle as apposed to returning on the bus. After I get back I spent most of the afternoon trying to get my money back for my trip which greyhound flat out refused to do. It was there fault entirely and they refused to fix this situation. I will never ride greyhound again. In fact for anyone wishing to take that Fort Worth to Houston route, you can get a ticket for $47 from Amtrak to take the train instead of the bus. When Greyhound decides to fix this situation, I might come back and change my review. Otherwise it’s a 0 for my review.

I'm not giving any stars because your services are terrible I've been on the phone trying to get ahold of you for around an hour this is ridiculous you should have better people to man your phone lines
It was great. My daughter and her friends had a great time. The driver was really flexible with time and location. Each student was brought to their front door instead of us having to meet the limo. The driver was really professional and notified us when they made it to prom and when they were leaving the venue. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. I'm saving the number in my phone now.
I reserved a limo for my daughter and her friends for their senior prom. Upon my very first conversation with Mr. Session, I knew what to expect. From pricing, services, his rules, etc. Not only did he touch base with me early in the week, he did so several times the day of prom because, needless to say, it rained. And our pick up location had to be changed last minute. He decorated the cat in their school colors as well. The kids said he was a very nice man, and was preparing to walk my daughter to the door, but I beat him out first. I have, in 1 day recommended him to 2 of my friends who may be looking for limo service. Thank you so much for your A-1 service.
My sister and I had such a good time with Majestic! and we learned that you in fact CAN fit a limo in a Starbucks Drive Thru!!! the limo was clean, and we had control over the music, my only complaint is I had to actually get out of the limo in the end! Any time i need a ride in style, I will call Majestic!!!
