Horrible customer service. I had direct deposit with them, and had to post a paper check, and they held it for 10 days ! would not even compromise at all. then the supervisor had a smartmouth. I switched banks and took my money elsewhere.
Hate going to this bank the tellers don't do their job instead have you stand in a line sometimes long line at the ATM to do everything including deposit checks while they talk to each other in can see this once in awhile but it's been every time I go there and it was a few times a week.

We really enjoy our relationship with the good folks at this neighborhood bank. They always are friendly and make you feel special. Just got a car loan with them, with excellent credit terms.
I received check from my mom,s estate, small amt of 332.00. It said pay to order of...my name then it said on behalf of ....my moms name. L Alonzo said I needed paperwork and I said I have nothing. Check came in mail. Nothing else. He said several more times I need some type of paper work. After telling me 3 times he decided to call his manager. He told this account is very new. I opened it Januray 28th. I went in on April 15th. He hung up and said out loud the treasury dept is closed on weekend so I can take deposit but money wont be in account till Monday after 5:00pm. I said uh okay then before I could say okay or ill come back he then said 'beside you have a second chance checking mam" !!!! In front of my granddaughter and people behind me. I took check went to wallmart customer service counter and cashed it for 1.50 went back to deposit some of it. I told him in a very calm manner ' I would have been satisfied with your answer that treasury dept was closed but its no ones business what kind of checking account I have. He then proceeded to argue with me. Literally argue saying he had to tell me this. I said I don't want to hear your explanation anymore so please stop talking. As we walked off my granddaughter said to him ' im sorry' and not because I was upset with him. She thought it was her fault he got in trouble. All the people have always been so nice. He was rude. Argumentative and just horrible. I know Im not the only person he,s been this way with. I cant be.
I have banked here for over 3 years. It's convent and I have saftey deposit box here. I regret it every day. If I have to do anything with the customer service people. I have to ask for the manager. Their incomptant.from reordering debit card to telling me what I'm doing wrong to use bill pay. One day he gets into my personal account shows me as he's fixing my problem. To no mam we can not get into your account it's against Co policy. I can't use any of my bill pay. Says default isn't valid. Will be changing banks Monday
Don't do business this the fraudulent credit union. They will place forced insurance on your vehicle after you have supplied them with your correct AND up to date insurance. I have been trying for 5 months to get this fixed. Next stop is my attorney's off Wednesday morning.

If your looking for Superior Service and a Bank that cares then the Chase Bank on Bryant Irvin rd is the bank for you. Not only did they take the time to understand my financial needs (and I had many) but they also got to know me and my family. They are what is called a CPC Branch so they have the ability to help with Mortgage, Investments, and Business accounts. They also have the ability to help with more sophisticated financial needs like mine ...I needed help with a large sum of money I was about to recieve from a family member. I finally feel like I have a financial partner who I can count on. I would encourage any one to go and check the wonderful staff out for themselves.
