I’m also giving you a review. But if I could I would give y’all a 0. On December the 22nd I was suppose to leave Fort Worth at 9am to go to Houston. Unfortunately due to Greyhound not having a driver for that bus, we didn’t get to leave until 2pm. Having a five hour delay is absolutely unacceptable to me as a passenger. Hell you didn’t even bother to call those with reservations. At least the airlines would have let us know if there was going to be a delay or not. I’m not happy about this at all. Then after I get to Houston I miss my opportunity to have heart surgery and this was entirely greyhounds fault. I had to reschedule everything due to there mistakes in hiring enough staff to cover those selected routes. Due to there transport issues my family opted to return me back to Fort Worth in a vehicle as apposed to returning on the bus. After I get back I spent most of the afternoon trying to get my money back for my trip which greyhound flat out refused to do. It was there fault entirely and they refused to fix this situation. I will never ride greyhound again. In fact for anyone wishing to take that Fort Worth to Houston route, you can get a ticket for $47 from Amtrak to take the train instead of the bus. When Greyhound decides to fix this situation, I might come back and change my review. Otherwise it’s a 0 for my review.
I'm not giving any stars because your services are terrible I've been on the phone trying to get ahold of you for around an hour this is ridiculous you should have better people to man your phone lines
There website is horrible, you can't get info and when you call on the phone you always get a busy signal.
