Yesterday I presented my VIP Katie Express wash discountcard which has 6 remaining $12 washes for a total of $72 value. I was informed by the cashier that the new owner is not honoring these cards and was offered one free wash instead. This is a crime the new owner and heroded this liability and there is no small print that says this plan will go away at any time period I have my receipt showing how many washes I have left and showing the plan. Even with 1 free wash I am out $60 because the new owner now has a new point of sale software. New owner needs to figure out how to credit current customers or risk a collective lawsuit.

This is the second time I've been to this car wash. The last two time items came up missing out of my vehicle. There is no no one there to answer the phones. I would not recommend this place
Dented my wife's brand new car. Filled out a incident report and didn't hear anything for a week. Had to go up the the business several times to track down the manager. Been a nightmare chasing the "General Manager" Jake Petrie around trying to get it resolved. He won't call back, claims there is nothing in the car wash that would cause that kind of damage. After the last time tracking him down he claimed the owner Robert Petrie would not take responsibility for the damage. I asked to see the camera video of that day and he told me "Rats chewed on the wires so we don't have video for that day". I informed him I would be taking the receipt and my incident report and be filing legal proceedings against the owner and business. His tone changed then and told me he would pay "out of pocket" for the damage. I'm not sure what shady business is going on here or if they even have insurance to cover damages but this place is no good. Avoid it like the plague!!

Ended up paying $98 for an oil change... I don't care how many fees or charges are included, that should be illegal. It's been 3 weeks and I still feel like I got robbed
Absolute worst car wash I have ever gotten. The windows were so streaked, both inside and out, that it was almost impossible to see where you were going when the sum was shining on them. The side window had what appeared to be shoe polish or paint on it that was not there when the car was brought in. The interior still had dust and stuff on the dash that was there before the wash. I have never had to pay to have the car "wiped down" after the wash, but had to do so at this place. ($5.00) More like a shake down than a wipe down. I will be happy to tell as many people as I can to not pay to have your car professionally cleaned at this place. I suggested that my wife take the car back and show them what a lousy job they did, but she didn't want them touching the car again.
I went to this location and literally got there at 12:03 pm. I did not leave until literally 3:53 pm. I have gotten my car detailed before in LA and CO states and it was a really quick experience. This experience was a nightmare. Although they cleaned the inside of my car very well, the customer service is extremely poor, some of the workers are very lazy, and the place is pretty ratchet with angry managers and customers going back and forth. Yes, this is what happened to me all in one day and one stop. Oh lets not forget that these people threw my carpet mat that goes on my front dashboard away. It is quite obvious that is not a trash piece but something that comes with the car. I am surprised they did not steal anything out of my car and yes I most certainly checked that. The manager who completed the job told me the 1st guy left my car unattended and never came back. I will never come back here again. I will certainly take my car over to the Irving, the good area going forward.
My experience was great, I was in and out, and my car was washed really good after a long road trip. It rained that same night and I took it back within 48hrs and still received great service.
Experience was aweful... $70 later I got an oil change and a car that was barely clean. I by no means expected detail service but the wash service I received was very unacceptable. Then when speaking with the manager Ralph (who has no customer service skills at all I might add) I was pretty much told this is what our services are.I asked for a refund of my extra charge & was told I couldn't get a refund. I will Never go back. Please people don't be like me and assume a place does a Good job prior to reading reviews... I have definitely Learned my lesson the hard way!
