BEYOND UPSET! I told them i might only have a few orders "no problem" they said. We received 15 orders, then they said i must have a minimum of 39?! They said there was a small book with my order forms that said the minimum... I still have everything & NO BOOK. I told them that, and their response is "you're mistaken"... IM LOOKING ALL THROUGH THE BOX, & NOTHING!!! They wont process my 15 orders so now we returned the money, kids are crying, parents are cussing me out. the cold call salesman that told me that it wouldnt be a problem miraculously doesn't exist. Now, I have been shuffled around for 3 different costumer service reps that all are reading from the same script "you can just order 24 more items and resell" Well, i'm sorry i don't have an extra $500 laying around and HOPE it sells....We do dozens of fundraisers each year and I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN CONNED BY A COMPANY OFFERING TO HELP KIDS. You should be ashamed of yourself, Fancloth.

i agree with you that customer service does need alot of work to become helpful however this store has alot of wonderful qualitys such as the way it is made big enough to accomadate the scooters for the disabled in the restrooms. Most of the workers are very sweet here and very helpful.
The cashiers are slow and rude. Didn't even acknowledge I was there. The girl (Mercedes) didn't even tell me the total and to finish it off forgot to give me all the merchandise. When I went back customer service said I couldn't get my stuff back since the girl hadn't turned it in. So I basically wasted my time and $20!!
This Wal-Mart needs new Management,and they keep raising their Prices!!!The worst check out lines in the U.S.A!!!!

Went in with a smile on my face, introduced myself and woman working (an employee) never once said she wasn't the owner suggested I send a picture of my antique dishes. I left, contacted the woman via email who responded still not saying she wasn't owner but it would be two weeks before I would get a response. At the start of the second week, I called only to find out the woman I was dealing with was not the owner. The owner finally contacted me. She would not make an offer and kept asking what I wanted for the dishes. When I told her I don't want to be 'buyer and seller both' she said it would be 'quite a wait before she could make an offer.' Must not need the dishes that badly, I sold the entire collection to another business later that day. So, if you go here ask for the owner or you'll be waylaid by an employee who operates under assumed authority and have a figure in mind or you'll be put on a 'list' for who knows how long.
