etollfree.net is SCAM. They charge 25 cents for each minute .You will see unexpected charges on your bill. You won't see which numbers called you ,and you are charged for what. The voice quality is too poor. I always had to ask the other person to repeat because I couldn't hear it.Their customer service is terrible. There is a phone number on their website but it is always on voice message, when you leave voice messages nobody calls you. The minimum deposit they ask you is $25 , when you pay that amount there is no refund even if you cancel your phone number.
Horrible customer service. Will not support with my time or money. Never even touched my device just sent me away with a phone number, manager only made excuses why this was ok. BOO HISS, People skills not so much
Unbelievable organization. We purchased a toll free number from etollfree 6 weeks ago. At that time we ordered an auto attendant for a cost of $89. At that time we were billed for that service. last week (6 weeks later) we called to discover why our number did not have an auto attendant, why the number got all circuits busy all the time, why the number rang open and never went to voicemail. At this time they finally put our auto attendant together and then changed us $49 + invoiced us for $111. This is a phone number we have NEVER used! When we called to dispute these charges, the owner yelled at us, cussed at us! Told us we were not worth his time and he was not going to listen to our MFing bitching, wasting his time on the phone! Seriously! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. Robert Wilson, Owner, is a fraud and simply a jerk.
Absolute worst service I have ever had. My new phone had a defect within 5 days and the REFUSED to help me stating that the damage was caused by dropping the phone even though it was in PERFECT condition and had never been dropped. Avoid them at all costs.
My Family LOVES it!!! Both my wife and I have to travel for work and unfortunately we have to miss a bunch of our kids games and before we had this service we were lucky if we even got to see a recording. But with this not only are we able to see all of our kids games we are also able to see them live! Which is really great because we get to experience everything first hand. Obviously I can't speak for everyone else, but as far as my wife and I go we have had very few technical problems with it and they were very minor. The few times we did have problems their customer service was great and able to resolve the problem pretty quickly.
Be wary of Ambit. This company is a joke. Twice, they have increased our rate by more than 100% without notification. Also, if you agree to a contract via phone make sure you ask questions.
Just take your money and burn it. You would at least feel warm for a few seconds. This service is complete crap. We have tried to use it on three separate occasions and never been able to watch anything live. They always have an excuse about bandwidth or local access.They never put the effort in to test before they sell.SAVE YOUR MONEY.
