This day was awesome until it was sold a few months ago. The staff all left and the new owners hired all new uneducated staff to fill a spot not for the benefit of the children at all. My daughter is 4 and over the last few weeks she had told me that the teacher grabbed her arm so hard she cried. Mrs Ella doesnt allow her to go to the restroom or wash her hands. I picked her up early and from the front gate I could hear the teacher yelling at the 4 year olds. I have pulled my daughter and many other children are being pulled by their parents. Please do not trust your children in their care.
My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 6 months old and she is now 3. I cant even explain how grateful i am to have a place where i feel comfortable leaving her while im at work. The teachers are so caring and do a lot with the kids like movie time, story time, time outside, co…

Great place to leave your child. They have been the first day care facility that I've trusted to keep my son and he's always happy to go and play with his "fwiends". I wanted him to be somewhere where he would be taught things and not just play all day, and this facility definitely does that. He…

Dirty, does not maintain the school or buy materials for children to learn and engage in activities. Management does not care about safety and does not do anything about children who are severely hurting other children. Management does not step in to help teachers, they sit on their phones up front and in the office all day. You do not get what you pay for here.
The effect that the Learning Well Academy has had in the life of my child and our family is remarkable. My child has some developmental delays, and in the last 6 months since my child started attending the Learning Well Academy their behavior has greatly improved and their communication has exploded. Every day we see improvements, mark milestones, and see prayers answered. The Learning Well Academy is a remarkable school and attending has had the greatest impact out of all the things we have done for our child’s development and happiness.
My son has been attending this school for a year and a half. I am very impressed with how the teachers care for the kids, challenge them academically and nurture their psychosocial learning. The school feels like a family. I watch the teachers and kids greet each other with hugs. Disagreements always end amicably. The school is located in an old church. It isn't very attractive from the outside like some other facilities, but I know my child is safe, cared for, challenged and happy. The school was recently rebranded and I love the new look. Due to holidays, my son has experienced three other facilities in the area. The results after just one day in each of these places, were dramatically different than Trail Lake. He was agitated at one place because some kids were being mean to someone and the teacher didn't intervene. He was scared at another one because the kids were wild, no order and no direction from the glorified babysitters. I've never experienced that at Trail Lake. The people here are wonderful and from a financial perspective, what a great value!
Excellent Curriculum, Excellent Facilities, Excellent Staff, very well run school with a long term Director!
Don't know how they treat their kids, but the driver that cut me off today thought once wasn't enough, she had to do it twice. If she were driving my kids like this, I'd immediately snatch my kid off her route.
Moved to S Hulen and it's not the fun loving place it looks like. Lots of screaming, lying and cursing going on. Fresh paint and pictures are nothing but a facade. You are not allowed to go into your child's room and it made me wonder what they were hiding and there is a lot to hide.
This place is false advertisement from the name to the hours on the door. It says 24 hours but they're actually open 5:30am-12am. I work 2-11 And thought this would be a good daycare for my son. However, when I went to enroll to my son on the First Monday of the month I was told the schedule was made for the entire month and no one would be there after 8:30. I toured the facility and called to confirm the hours prior to coming in and was still turned away.
I’ve had my child (Now 5) at Sunrise Preschool for 3 years now. She’s just entering into Public School this year. My child TESTED-OUT and will be entering directly into the First Grade skipping Kindergarten. She’s already reading book and doing math at a second grade level…. THANK YOU “Miss Ida” for having the BEST CARE & LEARNING PROGRAM in Fort Worth!
it is a wonderful child care facility. I have been attending for +2 years, and what a blessing it has been. The teachers are very genuine, caring and patient. The staff deserves a huge; I want to thank all of them for helping with the development of my Children¿s education, mannerism and even potty training. In addition to the love and great curriculum, they are a great facility to work with. They do their best to stay open during inclement weather and their nurse is an amazing resource when you have those first time experiences and need guidance. I am writing this because I am moving and unfortunately I need to change daycares in the process. I have visited 6 daycares to find something close to what I've experienced at Tonae¿s Childcare and nothing is coming close. Tonae¿s Childcare, thank you for helping in the growth and development of my girls, my oldest isgood grades
