Their chicken livers are wonderful, the best in town. The service is fast for all their menu items. My husband does not like chicken livers. He had chicken tenders instead. They have the usual variety of soft drinks and tea. Their cold slaw is great with no pretensions to being anything else, just your basic stuff. We will go back!
Great service, great food..waiting on the patio is part of the experience..we celebrated my sons birthday, party of 9,we were ushered in after spending some time on the porch, which we didnt mind..it is spacious enough for private conversations. The waitstaff is wonderful..

22. Fred's Cafe
I had my first Fred's experience recently and they now have a customer for life! The inside is small and diner-like with Gene Autry movies playing on the TV's, good country music playing and concert posters on the wall. My husband and I went at an ""off"" time, as we tend to get out and about …
I gotta tell ya, the service was good but the management dropped the ball! No matter what you asked for, they were out of it! If I wanted a pine tree float, maybe it would have been alright!!!

So good & so awesome food is so good
Great service and great food
This was a bizarre experience! The counter girl's boyfriend came in while I was waiting for my food screamed at her and beat her up, ran off with her purse, she ran after him and left the cook as the sole employee working. I called the FW police and they never arrived before I left. Food was good, but the employees made this a place I will never return to.
Takes to long to get your food and it's not that good
I would of given negative 5 stars if it was possible. This place absolutely sucks! We went there on June 30th. At about 530. They were a little busy being that it was half priced cheesecake but I never been treated so horrible. We never got refills on our sodas. My daughter ordered a pork chop plate and it has hair in it. We sent it back to get another one and it took 45 minutes to get hers back to the table. We ordered about 10 slices of cheesecake to take it home with us and the lady brought all of them to the table on plates with forks... why in the world would she think that a party of 4 would want 20 slices of cheesecake? Our appetizer was cold and the waitress acted like it was some big problem to go reheat it for us. I won't be back to this Cheesecake Factory location again!! There are too many good places to eat in down town Fort Worth that you shouldn't waste your time and money there. I can go on and on about several issues we had with this place but I'm not. And at the end of the night I still had to pay close to 100$ for crap!!!! If you feel like just throwing money away then go. But if you want to have a enjoyable meal with your family then I'd suggest staying the hell away from this place!!!!
My first time there! It was absolutely great tasting chicken! Home coming at its best! Definitely going back a couple of times before I leave the area!!!
I don't know where the people who left good reviews ate but I wasn't here! This was literally some of the worst food I've ever ordered. The chicken batter was spicy but the actual meat had no flavor, the catfish tasted like old fry oil. The red beans and rice was disgusting . Even the cheese cake tasted like everything in the refrigerator. We could only take a few bites of each thing. We had to throw the entire meal away. Seriously stay away. It was horrible!
