Definitely not in my price range. Lovely apartment and area but I’m retired. It’s above my means. Thank you

Bedbugs in apartment, had to flea bomb weekly, made a complaint and then the air quit working, this was in May...and suddenly no one could complete my matinence request all because I made a complaint....none of the outside lights work, and the parking is crap....go somewhere else....it's the worst possible investment.
I moved in July 2016 and the apartment has been absolutely terrible since the day I moved in. Sheryl, the property manager, is the most incompetent person. She will not answer any questions you have straightforwardly, if she does at all. The roof collapsed after a big rainstorm and there have been constant ceiling leaks every time it rains. There was mold growing on the ceiling and they did not come out to fix it for 10 days. They do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner; it will take them at least one week or longer. I tried to get out of my lease citing unhealthy/unsafe living conditions but Sheryl would not let me out of the lease. It's been a nightmare. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments, although they have new appliances, are old, in disrepair, and the outside of them look like they will fall down and collapse. The apartments have zero insulation; the temperature inside is the same as the temperature outside.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you want to be treated nicely and respectfully do not move here. They are so overpriced, infested with roaches, the maintenance my goodness. We personally have had so much wrong with our apartment since we've lived here and when we ask to get it fixed or replaced they give you Crap about it. Our whole faucet in our bathtub falls out because it isn't sealed properly. They are so inconsiderate and rude. The property manager is the rudest of them all. She doesn't treat anyone nice and if you ask them to do something they do not do it willingly. We are currently paying over 800 a month for a 667 sq ft apartment and we have a two year old. Our above neighbor smokes pot all day and it comes through our vents. We have spoken with management three different times telling them it affects our son. They literally do nothing at all. Might I add in our lease is states no one is to smoke at all in the apartment. I could go on and on but I will stop here.
This was by far the worst apartment I have ever resided in for a year. First of all there is not a microwave in the apartment so you will need to purchase one, and then you will need to purchase a stand to put it on because there is limited counter space. My personal apartment reeked of cigarette smoke from a previous renter to the point that my clothes smelled of smoke. It was very embarrassing to visit family or go to work because other people could smell it and would comment on the smell. I have never smoked in my life. There were a few attempts to eliminate the smell, however, all efforts were hopeless. In addition to the smell, my food would mold very quickly because the air flow was poor. Prior to moving out I actually found mold growing on the baseboard of two walls. Another horrible feature of this apartment is how thin the walls are. It is a guarantee that if you will hear everyone walking up/ down the stairs and if your upstairs neighbor engages in promiscuous activities than you will hear it at every hour. PAPER THIN WALLS. The apartment is equipped with blinds to cover the sliding glass door which frequently fall off, annoying. And if you live on the first floor than there is a chance your apartment could get broken into. It happened to my neighbor two years prior and again while living there. They have a very high turn over for front office staff and a few have been very rude when handling maintenance requests. Also get off work early because the office hours are super inconvenient. Trash is put outside the door for a company to come by and pick up. There were some attempts and threats of fees if they weren't returned inside the apartment within a certain amount of time, but they were still an eye sore. The only saving grace of this apartment complex is Arnold, the maintenance guy. He is very kind, compassionate, and overworked. The landscape is nice, but its not worth living there because the actual apartments are crappy. The renovations that were completed were all cosmetic and the lay-out of the apartment is awkward. Cleaning crew prior to moving in doesn't do a great job, just open a drawer or check under a cabinet and you will see wall paper from the early 60's.
This place needs a complete renovation and education in etiquette and in courtesy. You have the most disrespectful and selfish people running this establishment and it's reflected in every you all do or don't do for tenants. This is November and it's a shame that our water must be off for days! Then the office is never opened during the hours in which YOU GUYS LIST ON YOUR WEBSITES AND Voicemail. Why is that? I came to the office today @ 3p, the sign says open. I try to open the door but it's locked. I look inside and an unfriendly character walks up to the window and turns the sign to closed, only to return at midnight? These people are tools. This of course won't change how rude you all are but at least it's documented. You all suck!
Valencia Palms apartments is a dump.Don't be deceived into moving. The reason the rent is so cheap is because those apartments are not liveable. The place is roach infested really bad. They are badly need of repairs. They rent to drug users. And the sole called management don't care about it. They are rude, and cold. The only thing they care about is that the rent is paid on time. These apartments are ghetto. Please don't live there.
The apartments are infested with roaches and they did not have the apartment ready when I moved in so I have to live with a rotten carpet which makes the bugs problem worst. Management is just looking for excuses to don't fix anything. They have treat me very disrespectful
This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST apartment facility in Fort Worth, TX. I have only been here for 6 months and from the day I moved in until now I have had problem after problem! I am a full-time employee and a part-time student and it is a great inconvenience to have to come home and try to work out problems with the front office. I complained of pest control issues on the day of move-in and it still has not been fixed! I was without electricity for over a week and lost $300 of groceries because of a switch-hold on the address of the unit they moved me in and the staff made no attempt to accomodate me nor was I refunded for what was lost! They are horrible with communication and very unprofessional! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY! I wish I had read the online reviews before I submitted my application and fees!
Walls are very thin and neighbors can be heard easily. The floor is unlevel and creeks. No vent in master bathroom, which is VERY hot most of the year. (Difficult to apply makeup when you're sweating!) Sidewalks and parking lot stay dirty/muddy from run off.
