Customer service sucks!!!! I bought a Sony sound bar with a wireless sub woofer, they charged me $150.00 to hook it up. Two days later I bought the sony wireless surround sound high def speaker for $230 I couldn't link it up, they say they'll charge me another $150 to come out and link it up. Piss on Best Buy.

They either never pick up or when they do and take a message for the dept person to call back, they never do. About to take my business else where. Too many places competing to waste my time and energy on this place
I have been to this store repeatedly. Now I am asking myself why I keep going back. Sure the cashiers are friendly. But, the Geek Squad has had my computer for a month. I was supposed to have it back no later than Sept. 21st. It is now the 30th and the part that expected on the 28th still hasn't even been shipped, let alone recieved. The service dept and the store both don't seem to care about communication (like I was promised), about talking about costumers on the phone (put ppl on hold before you talk about them), the sales ppl in the store aren't very helpful and when I ask someone for help they either don't know and/or they act like they don't want to help. For instance, the other day I needed a vidoe camera. There were sales ppl all over talking to other sales ppl. Finally, I asked for help and was left feeling like I shouldn't even be in the store. I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy EVER AGAIN!!! There are other places that appreciate having a customer. Basically, I have spent thousands in this store to be treated like dirt. Lesson learned!!!!
