Am pretty sure they have been open for five years now. I have been a member since the second week they were open. Management is amazingly superior. There are so many pieces of equipment that you can get to the machine(s) you need even during the busy periods in January and February. They just completed a total replacement of approximately 75 pieces of cardio equipment (and that could be an underestimate of a few pieces). They just added stair steppers and rowing machines. If I remember correctly there are 52 treadmills, 26 elliptical trainers, 10 Arc trainers, etc. For as low as $10 per month for a membership, how can you go wrong?

I don't like giving such a bad rating but the management here needs to grow a conscience. I became deathly ill for nearly a year. I couldn't even manage my bank account. My wife had to go into the building to cancel my membership. The employee told her he didn't know how to cancel without me being present. A manager wasn't available to help so he hand wrote a cancellation intent form and asked my wife to have me sign it. He said drop it off to me and I will take care of the rest. He was nice. We didn't have a reason not to believe him. To be clear, we received verbal confirmation that my membership was cancelled. It never got done though. We were being billed until I received a collection notice a couple years later for almost $300. Really? Ok. Mistakes happen. Let's go make it right. I went in and explained to the manager and they wouldn't lift a finger. Kept referring to their terms and challenging me to provide evidence. At the same time, I am finally healthy enough to return to the gym. My father also has a membership there since before they even opened. They doubled the price on him recently. He wasn't happy about it. They don't care. They ripped off his son too. Ha! Guess they don't plan to keep Dad either. It's too bad. They could be making money off us for a long time. Their hearts are not in it though. I like the equipment and their employees are friendly. But management chooses to be dishonest and, unfortunately, will rip people off. They have a competence issue and will be glad to have you pay for it. So we just got a no contract prepay membership at Planet Fitness. I'd rather hear a lunk alarm than be ripped off. :/
Great experience. The medical massages and fitness training change lives. Very happy with my outcomes.
Be careful with billing I have cancelled the membership but still they are taking money from card in name of dues after cancellation . They have hidden charges in membership agreement and charge like due after cancellation. They will not mention those charges to you when you are signing .If you question them for charges they will speak to you like our paper work is ready to see you in court. These place will directly cheat you using the loop holes in law.DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE.
Avoid at all costs! Scam, Ripoff, Dishonest, Rude, Deceptive. Business will sneak your money away from you while you workout on their outdated equipment.
I have holding this back to long. I just wanted to let everyobe know that the trainer named hoard hits on every girl in the gym. I fiund this to be very inappropriate and uncomfortable.
Awesome place not alot to do but very good exercise and loads of fun!
Thieves. I called today, 11/26/14 to cancel my membership. I was told that I have to give them a 30 day notice and it must be in person or US mail. So, they will again take $ out of my account in December plus an additional $20+ in December. I haven't used their facilities in years. I hope they appreciate my "donations".
Ok until you decide to leave, I was in a difficult financial situation and contacted the management but they were unwilling to work with me.
Sky zone should have a height bar at the entrance, similar to amusement parks. Paying a teenager to decide if a child is of equal size height or ability for dodge ball is unfair to the patrons and the teenager that has to tell a child that he or she can't play with others. It would be my suggestion that they would have three groups of age or size, and color code the time tag as needed . When I approached management about this they said many people have had the same complaint. So if its a problem don't you think it should be fixed. After my son and I were told he could not play he was very upset. We went and did other activities .15 min. Before it was time to go my son went back to the dodge ball area . He was asked by a new guard on shift, if he wanted to play with this same group of children. Go Figure one must not judge!!!
