Just had my van's annual service done today. Very pleasant experience. Wish all businesses were as professional and accommodating. Doug and the crew are truly 5 Star.
Horrible customer service. Damaged my vehicle and blamed me stating radio and keyless entry didn't work when car was dropped off. Amazing after much arguments they changed a fuse and it all was back to normal again, although they are certain they didn't use that fuse. I watched them get a car stuck in the snow and then call a customer back to dig it out blaming them. My friend had his hood open driving home after a detail, and they blamed a faulty latch, saying he should go to a dealer, and they had never opened the hood, but after talking to the manager she agreed they had. Contacted corporate office, all concerns have to go through the manager of the individual location for concerns. aka, there is nobody to oversee HORRIBLE service and shotty work.
