        Overall

        I waited two months for my consultation. My original appointment was at 230pm. They called Thursday prior to my Monday appointment changing it to 815. Unfortunately, Sunday my two young children got sick, therefore I was up all night with them. I woke up at 820, could have been there in less than 10 minutes since I live right down the road. I called to let them know. They lady on the phone had a rude tone as she said they put way to much time and effort into scheduling these appointments that I can not reschedule and I was late. I understand I was late but I would have been all but 15 minutes late, the fact I was up all night with my children and waited two months with an infected wisdom tooth, pretty sure that was alot more work putting me into a computer. I am very unhappy
