that it would become my "home." The people in the office are extremely caring and compassionate individuals. The apartments in this building are neat, clean, and extremely well maintained. In the year that I have been here, I have had to call maintenance only twice (for a stopped up sink) and they have been "johnny-on-the-spot" with a smile. Midtowne Realty (Eric) and all of the office and maintenance people treat me like I am "one of the family." When I happen to run into one of them after not seeing them for a few days, they make a point to come up to me to ask me how I am, if I have been all right, if everything in the apartment is okay, if I need anything. They even noticed one week that my truck had been parked a different way in my parking place (my son had borrowed my truck) and when they saw me, asked me if every thing was okay because they noticed the truck was parked differently. All in all, Midtowne and their staff are outstanding as are their residential buildings.
