Hello! My name is Kenzie, and I am an Occupational Therapist at Indiana Physical Therapy. I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in 2016 and my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2022 from the University of Indianapolis. I completed my Doctoral Capstone at CASS Housing, where I created independent living courses focused on mental health for adults with disabilities. I have lived in Indianapolis for the past 6 years, but have since moved back to my hometown in New Haven, IN.

Frozen Shoulder
I worked with Sophie for 14 weeks for a frozen shoulder. She provided education on my condition. She was very professional yet also personable. She did an excellent job first with my range of motion progression and second with my strength improvement. Sophie encouraged me each visit and had a knack of being able to take me to the optimum shoulder stretch without triggering the zinger pain that often comes with frozen shoulder. I highly recommend her. The office was run professionally and Jill, the receptionist, always remembered me and chatted me up. She was easy to work with when it came to scheduling my appointments. I will certainly return to Indiana Physical Therapy if I have another need in the future.

I became a Physical Therapist because I have always been interested in helping people improve their physical, emotional, and mental selves. I also had a significant ankle injury (sports related) when I was younger and I found the physical therapy not only helpful, but very interesting.
