I would highly recommend Cody's Roofing. We recently hire them to re-roof our house and matching out building. The owner met with me personally to give me an estimate. The estimate was EXTREMELY detailed in describing what would be done and with what materials. The job was started on time and finished early. There was absolutely no mess. I cannot be more pleased with recommending Cody's Roofing.

Cody's doesn't have a showroom or fancy promotional material, and maybe that's why they can build a first-class roof at a lower price than any other licensed roofer I got an estimate from. Cody's is licensed, insured, and pulled a building permit. They used a trailer rather than a dumpster, so the debris could be removed as often as necessary. They did a great job, including placing my regular roof vents with a ridge venting system, all at a great price. They did a thorough clean-up after they were finished. Anyone doing it cheaper is probably cutting corners. I strongly recommend Cody's Roofing.

I had a roof and sky lights replaced in 2008 with absolutely no problems. Excellent quality and craftsmanship at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
