        Overall

        Very displeased and I am not one to complain but I plan on letting everyone know not to come to this company and especially location. Rude receptionist with an attitude that should get any customer service person fired. My appointment was canceled after I arrived 10 minutes late even though I called on the way after leaving another appointment early to make it to this one and let them know I would be 5-10 minutes late and was told that should be ok. I was greeted with an attitude and after I gave my information and sat down was told they couldn't see me. I will never be returning and I intend on making sure people are aware of such rude employees and practices at Aspen Dental with no regard to customer satisfaction or care for that matter.
