Was happy with initial install of granite even though I paid higher than the estimate (explained below). Took longer than expected and was never quite sure when they would be here until a call to say they were on the way. They quoted me a great price to do my back splash and flooring so we went ahead do a few extra with our kitchen which is why we ended up paying more. Fine.Except they never came back to do my floor or back splash. I called once and they would get back with me. They called a couple of mornings later to say they were sending out some random guy that we haven't been working with, and on top of that we were all sick with the flu. I wasn't a good day. Asked if they could call me with another day when the guy that was doing our job was available. Didn't hear anything for over a week. I called back got an apology and was told they would look at the schedule and call me back....6+weeks later, nada! They took the money for the granite install and left my kitchen without a back splash and my floor tore up from where my counters were re-positioned. Totally bummed. Apparently they don't need business. I was completely patient and accommodating. Residential customers are shoved behind corporate/builder jobs!
