employees that just hate their jobs. I went up to the walk up window, and waited 8 minutes while they looked at me, and walked off SEVERAL times without ever taking my order. we have ordered many times, and they didn't put some of our items we paid for in the bag. Rally's employees, if you don't like your job, QUIT. simple as that.
Customer service sucks at the store they were very rude I didn't think all my food was there so I asked them to double-check and it was there so I apologized and they roll their eyes at me and they were very rude
I agree with Nichole G. The atmosphere looks inviting, but the staff really isn't. They are sorta like a wolf in a lambs clothing over there at this one. They aren't so friendly. Plain and simple.
I will NEVER go here again. I'm not a racist, but going there to eat and if your white, you aren't going to get good service at all. We and another person of the same race were waiting 18 minutes for our food while the black folks that came in there after us were getting served before us. I don't hate anyone. Hate is ugly. and so is the type of SERVICE they serve at this location.
Your not putting double meat on your wraps at Maplecrest rd location, I feel ripped off paying 7 dollars and something for a wrap no bigger than a 1 dollar breakfast burrito from McDonald’s, eating this just made me hungry, aweful expensive snack. Any other subway, the wraps are more than twice that size, that’s twice that location did that with different servers, you lost a good regular customer
Great burgers, but also some of the best Chicken you can get in this town. Love their salads too. Can't wait to see what they do next.
3-27-2017 drove in around 5 pm I ordered a 8 piece originaljust chicken . When I got home a found 2 breast 3 wings and 3 legs. The batter did not taste like it had any spices but you could not tell with all the grease. tasted like left over from lunch.ask me if I will ever go there again?
Normally this McDonalds is not the greatest but I went there recently and the young man that helped me was wonderful. Very friendly and polite. I think his name was Michael. He was working in the drive thru - he was so nice.
Aug 03, 2016. When we went in the cashier was nowhere to be found. After about 10 minutes she comes around the corner with her mouthful. We both got Whopper combos, I wanted tea he had fountian drink. As I was getting ketchup I noticed a couple of black bugs walking around where the ketchup and fountain drinks were at. He went over and got his drink. The burgers were not fresh,like they had been sitting under a lamp too long. He takes a sip out of his drink and spits it in a napkin. He yells there is a bug in my mouth. He opens his cup and there was 3 ants in his cup swimming. He had one in his mouth.He went over and asked for the manager, while waiting he showed the girl cleaning the cup with the ants in it, she said yeah we are having issues with bugs. Finally the manager came out it was our angry eating cashier. She came over he repeated what he told the girl, she just snatches the receipt out of his hand, very rudely. Gave him the money back. She was very rude.
Horrible owner, his imperialism it's ridiculous, his manners are disgusting. Babble English impossible to understand and that upset him instead of the customer, I watched how his wife yield at a kid for taking a fork because mom did not purchase the plate there. humiliated the kid had to put it back, A PLASTIC FORK. What in hell give you the right to treat customers like dirt? NOTHING!
