FRAUD, please stay away! Sold us a USED washer as NEW that did not work at all, not even one load of laundry!! Then they take the machine, that was supposed to be brand new not refurbished, and refuse to give us a refund for their fraud.

I needed a repair on my washer I had bought from a different company under their warranty call. They sent out Wisman's to provide me with service. The repairman was extremely nice and fixed the problem promptly. I will be calling for service with Wisman's again on my appliances that need worked on!!!
Terrible customer service, went in the other day for an oven part, was told that he wouldn't take time to look for something like that. I'll never go there again.
They came out on a warranty call for my dishwasher. Found a piece of glass in my water pump they said. I've never had a broken glass in my dishwasher...and how would a huge piece of broken glass get in my pump with a filter that catches big items? They said it wasn't covered under warranty and charged my credit card $111 without authorization. The repair man was only in my house for 23 minutes according to the invoice. I would strongly advise you not to allow this company to work on your appliances.
UPdate. Talked to manager TOM who was very helpful and got things taken care of, too bad the other ladies in the office don't have the same customer service skills.HORRIBLE. The service for this company is horrible. I have called several times about a work order that has been open for over 2 weeks to fix an oven. Tech came first time, I paid 100 and he was to order a part. week later, tech comes installs a part and in process has blew the electronic clock on oven, says he has to order another part and yet oven still does not work. another week later, no call, no show. I call the office, they have to call the tech because they do not know what is going, even thought this started 2 weeks prior and I have paid. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE OF ANY KIND
Purchased a range, but(with permission) had to leave it their until my husband could move it with his truck the next day. However, they ended up selling the range that I had paid for in full and had my name on it. Horrible business and I won't be shopping there again.
Expensive. Dishwasher repairman left two screws on the counter. Before he left i asked what the problem was..... he reached in his pocket and handed me a pistachio nut and said here is your problem. His problem is what he handed me we do not eat . No reason for me to ever have it in a dishwasher we installed new.
Just had a Wisman repairman here for the second time, for the same issue - my ice dispenser on my Frigidaire refrigerator dispenses only crushed ice, not cubed. He told me it was my fault for having my freezer set too cold, and said I should only set my freezer to "5." I said that it must be a design flaw, because you should be able to use any factory setting, and he got pissy with me, so I called my husband, who came home from work to deal with him. He packed up his things and left. He treated me like a stoopid housewife and thought he could talk down to me, and when a man showed up, he bailed. This was a warranty issue, and I was afraid he would try to tell Lowe's that it was my fault, but Lowe's confirmed to me that it wasn't my fault, so I'm good with that, but this company will never be allowed in my house again.
Im a small business owner here in ft wayne. It is amazing how a company can actually operate for this long in our marketplace with the service they provide.Im going to make a long story short here but believe me do NOT go there for the service side of this company. They do specialize primarily in scratch and dent stuff. They must prey on the gullible - naive types- the less fortunate i guess.I know this much,If you have an electrolux appliance do NOT go here. They are supposably an "authorized serve center" ...Electrolux confirmed with me today what has actually happened to date... that Wisman appliance will tell you what they want you to hear. Not what they say they did.After collecting all the service money they could, (they work on commissions he confessed) a guy named Don (some manager who had to get involved because John in parts couldnt do it) told me id be best off going somewhere else for service or maybe go elsewhere and buy a different appliance.WOW.How bout that. Nice wisman. If i remodeled your house and you had a problem i guess the answer is try someone else????REALLY? Wisman...thats patheticB A.
