I've visited this store several times, and phoned with always excellent, polite service. Why the other review...anyway. My experience with this company has been all positive. They aren't the only place selling pre-used video games and consoles. The store has a diverse array of electronics and games which constantly changes. I haven't been subjected to hard sell tactics, which I strongly prefer. I educate myself and research before I buy anything, but even so the staff has been happy to fill in with missing information.
I will not shop at a game stop again. I have spent thousands in their stores over the years and my payback is they cost me over 24,000 game reward points by telling me I did not have to renew my power up card.
It's a shame these guys are the only ones to my knowledge that sell old games. Their service is absolutely atrocious, the employees there are rude and they will ignore you at all costs unless you're infront of the cash register, and will refuse to move from beyond the counter if you ask for any form of help or availability of a game. If there was any other place that sold old video games that was in Fort Wayne, I wouldn't definitely go there, even if it were on the other side of town. Every single time I set foot in there, I instantly get hit with a wave of negative attitude, and it sticks me right down there with them. Hopefully somebody reads this and opens up their own store, I would definitely support them hands down.
