I turned my phone in because it was not holding any charge for two days. They said 3-5 business days to find out what's wrong. On the seventh day , I believe, I called and they had no idea what was wrong and needed a port to come in still. Tenth day I called.the person said it's been working perfectly since day one and there's nothing wrong with it..... why the heck did no one tell me this on like day one?????!!! And why did I get no call till day ten? Which I never got...I ended up calling them, but the lay said she thought she called me that same day. I didn't want to wait 3-5 days without a phone, let alone 10 days. And no one seems like they know what's going on. Always on hold and asking multiple people. Very frustrating! I'm giving a one star rating just because the people were nice, but they sure as heck didn't know what was going on.

I took my son's computer and and without them hardly looking at it they told me it was completely fried there was nothing they could do it was not fixable since when did a computer become not fixable they treated me like a woman and an auto parts store so I left the place and I pulled over and did a Google Search and found a company that wasn't too far away that had A5 star rating and they were able to get my son's computer up and running for under $100 so for it being fried and them offering to sell me a gaming computer for $900 and a few days that's their game there do your research there's another place so much better so much nicer and they say they hear how I was treated a lot
I have been a satisfied customer here on several occasions. But, my most recent experience with A Plus Computers was really awesome and remarkable! I had an old 3.5" floppy disk that I came across in my deceased mother's belongings. I brought it in to the shop because I had no way to read what was on the disk. Tony was able to move the files onto my thumb drive so that I could read them. I was so impressed with the way he handled my need... I am now a customer for life and can't say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the staff... especially Tony. Thank you, sir!
I've unfortunately have had a terrible experience with this shop. I chose them to build a custom video editing computer and from the start the black magic card they installed is not compatible with other parts of the system. I "try" to use this on live events to playback simple video files & there is always an issue. I had taken the computer back to them to correct the problems, they originally tried to say it wasn't there problem. Then they blamed it on the guy that built the system that "didn't work there anymore" then they took it & said they would call when it was fixed. Two weeks later, I end up calling to check in & am told "yea, its been here for you"....The thing still doesnt perform the way it should.
I brought my computer in for service last week. Josh was my repair guy. I just wanted to say that I got my computer home and set up and it is running like a ribbon! It is back to being its normal fast. I am so thankful now, after being completely frustrated with it before the service. Also, everybody that I dealt with was very welcoming and friendly. Nobody made me feel like a technical dope even though, admittedly, I am one. So thanks to you and your team for such great service. I really appreciate your help. Fred Soule
