Charlie met us at the door and imediatatly made us feel comfortable. He listened to our questions and concerns about a new phone, then suggested one that would fit my wife's needs. I did business with them for 17 months. I would constantly get told to hold and wait for them to apply my credit card while dealing with other customers. When I tried to leave their company, the employee was rude and her and her manager gave me hard time. I wouldn't give them business again
Wow what a change! Quick and efficient staff! Although the place was busy, I was greeted when I came in; and, attended to without delay. After choosing a network provider that fit my needs, and my budget, I was up and running in minutes (not an hour). No hassles, no sales pitch, no bundles and I can pay my bill over my phone!
Do not EVER take you cellphone to be fixed there. I took mine a couple months ago to have the screen replaced. It was VERY expensive and after fixed it started to present some problems with the touchscreen. I came there and the staff told me there was NOTHING they could do, just like that. Not to mention the long time they took to fix and and didnt even tell me when it was done. I had togo there by myself to check if it was ready. once again, DONT EVER GO THERE!
Do not try to take a ps3 or any such device to have it fixed! Three weeks of run around and calling and calling and I was told it was fixed. Brought it home and it was still not working. And as a bonus, it was returned to me with a broken lid and missing and loose screws. So I sent it back again, at which point they messed it up even worse. I understand some things cant be fixed, but tell me that instead of making it worse. So the employee gave me 45.00 in store credit. When I go to get that the owner was extremely rude and told me that employee no longer worked there and if I wanted money back he would call that employee to see if he would give it to me out of his pocket! So I ended up having to spend my money on junk food and cell phone covers that didnt fit my phone because they have nothing but junk in the store! Stay away from this store!
HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE BUSINESS. The owner of this place is an absolute idiot and has no knowledge of any business ethic whatsoever. The staff is very rude and argumentative, on top of everything else prices are through the roof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WORST PHONE STORE IN THE CITY!!!
They didn't inform me of some features on my phone won't work on the plan I picked. They finally told me after I paid for 1 month and activation. I don't recommend them at all
Worthless! Don't waste your time with them. Their employees don't know how to do their jobs. I had called them four times to cancel a phone line and still got charged for it.
Worst customer service! I went in the beginning of December to get my phone fixed. First of all, my brother took the phone in previously to get a quote. I went in by myself and they tried to charge me $45 more than what they quoted my brother. He agreed to drop the price after I was about to leave and paid half the total. I was told it would take a week for the part to be ordered and arrive. I called about 9 days later and the employee who answered did not know if the part had arrived and said that someone would call me back. I received a voicemail later that day that the wrong part was ordered, and they had to order the correct one and it would be another week. Once again I call about 9 days later to see if the part was there. I was told it had arrived and that they had called, but I didn't answer. (You would think phone tech's would know how to leave a voicemail.) I was told it would be the same day service once I brought the phone into the store. I took it in with my boyfriend and was told it would be ready that evening. I did not make it back that evening and figured I'd pick it up the day after Christmas. I went into the store on the 26th and was told they were too busy and it wasn't fixed. I went in two days later and once again was told they were too busy- they would call when it was done. The next day my boyfriend went in and talked to them. He was more assertive and they promised it would be done by the end of the day. It finally was completed by closing time. Females- I seemed to get better service when I had a male present with me.
