Steer clear of this company. Lived with a leaking roof for 4 years, no working bedroom light for 1 year, and various other issues that they NEVER cared to fix. They also entered my property without my permission and their maintenance guys stole stuff out of my garage.
This is honestly the worse rental experience I have ever had. The people who work there are awful. They are never on the same page and always tell you something different everytime you call. They don't care what they rent out to people and if you are scared of where you live due to safety they will show no empathy. They forced my husband and I to live in a hlush near a drug dealer and a meth house. When we told them the house had mold they took almost a month to come in and another month to actually fixed it. When we moved out we have things in our house we have to throw out because of mold damage. We broke our lease and we were told we would have to pay two months rent and if someone moved in they would give us rent back for the months that qualified for double rent. Someone moved into the rental 2 weeks after we moved out and all they offered was 251 dollars. Do not rent from rosewood reality they are monsters.
The ladies here are very rude. My boyfriend and I came in to see about some of their rentals and from the beginning the lady acted like we weren't good enough to rent from them and that there's no way that we make enough for a house. She was not helpful at all and you could tell she was trying to get us out of there so that she could go to lunch. I will never tell anyone about this place except for the rudeness that I endured today.
I have had nothing but great service with Rosewood. The ladies there have gone out of their way to assist me. I had an electrical outlet program, called Miss Dawn told her my situation and a electrician was out the same day. Very professional and super friendly!!!! I would highly recommend Rosewood!!!! The staff at Rosewood has been wonderful! They are thorough and see things through. I've had some maintenance issues, which are to be expected, and they've been resolved every time. The staff cares about their rentals and taking care of their tenants. Thank you, Rosewood, especially Dawn!
Poor treatment to a military family of 20+ years . This company is consistently rude to there renters and dishonest . Poor customer service !!!!! Maintenance issues can take up to weeks before being attended to . If your AC goes out , they will tell you they have 7 days to respond
Property Managers work for the Property Owners!In reviewing the unhappy Renter comments, we want to address some issues: 1) Tenants are given a professionally cleaned home when they move in to any of our rental properties. The home is expected to be professionally cleaned when they vacate. 2) Tenants also sign a Move-Out checklist when they enter into a lease agreement with our company so there are NO questions when they vacate as to the cleaning, carpet cleaning etc. that is expected. 3) NO TENANT has ever gone for three weeks without air conditioning. 4) We expect tenants to get permission BEFORE they paint rooms in a home (Kelly D complaint) and if they do paint, to return the room to its original state. 5) Maintenance issues are dealt wth per FLorida Statutes. A tenant must CALL in a maintenance issue in order for us to deal with one. (Mr. Nunnally NEVER called in any maintenance issues.) 6) Tenants are NOT allowed IN the home while doing a final inspection, but may be at the property at the time of the inspection OUTSIDE until the inspection is complete. The inspector WILL tell the tenant at that time what item(s) do not pass or to clear the tenant at the inspection. 7) Photos are taken of each and every property prior to a tenant taking occupancy, so items that a tenant is responsible for ARE charged to them upon vacating. Photos are taken at the move-out inspection to document items that do not pass as well. In short, the complaints concerning passing a move-out inspection are from those past tenants who DID NOT folow the move-out checklist they signed when they moved in. We DO expect tenants to have the home PROFESSIONALLY cleaned upon vacating. They RECEIVED it professonally cleaned when they took possession.The amazing part of these posted complaints is that NONE of the tenants EVER complained while living at these properties. They are tenants who did not follow a move-out checklist and did not receive their entire deposit back. We will continue to do business with the highest integrity that our homeowners expect!Our policy has not changed in the 15 years we have been in business.
