Provided by SuperpagesI enjoyed my experience at Lee Subaru Volkswagen in Fort Walton. The staff was very friendly and they answered all of my questions. They gave me a great price on my vehicle. They were very upfront with me about the pricing and I did not feel like they were hiding anything. I recommend Lee to my family and friends. I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat and I love it!

Provided by SuperpagesBought a new vehicle from Kristina Holbrook and am absolutely thrilled with it and the car buying experience. There was no pressure, no hassle, and for the first time during the purchase of a car, I didn't feel like I got taken. Will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family (as well as anyone who reads this). -SR

Provided by DexKnowsI parked my 08 VW Passat at the Okaloosa Regional Airport April 2th. I left the keys on the floor of the car as my daughter was flying in the next day and needed transportation. When she returned to the car the doors were all locked and the keys were visable on the floor. You are not supposed to be able to lock the VW with the keys in the car. I called Lee VW in Ft Walton Beach for assistance. The service department simply told the operator that they couldn't do anything about a car locked with the keys in it. They declined to speak with me directly. I would never have any service performed by these people and would never buy a VW from this dealer because of the service issue. Thanks

Provided by SuperpagesI would say that the customer service was great when I was actually face-to-face or on the phone with them (very friendly, explained their findings thoroughly, did only what I asked). However, I would agree that they were not timely at all in returning calls. (e.g. they told me they would call me back within the hour and I ended up calling them four hours later; they told me again they would call back later in the day with an estimate and by 10 a.m. the next day I still hadn't heard from them) They also would not give me a time when they thought it would be ready, even after they had diagnosed the problems. They had it for much longer than necessary-- total time the technicians spent on the car was less than 2 hrs but they had my car for two full days. Isn't this the point of making an appointment? So you don't have to wait with your car in the queue for two days for two hours of work?

Provided by DexKnowsMade an appointment by telephone with Lee VW service. Drove 45 miles to bring my VW in for three recalls on the vehicle. They got my car at 8:45 am. Said they would call me. They had my VW all day and never called; each time I called I was told it was "being worked on." When I arrived just before closing, I found out it had not even been touched all day! The recalls for which I made an appointment (one of them a heat-shield problem that can be very dangerous) were NOT fixed, and they barely looked at a leak I had asked them about in the morning. Had to drive my family the 45 miles back with nothing done to the car and the dangerous recalls outstanding. I have filed a complaint with VW of America and will also be seeing what other recourse we have to correct this service deficiency. Not so much for me personally, but so that no other customer is treated as disrespectfully.
