Frankie's A Salon

I am a tourist from Tennessee and I looked everywhere from Miramar beach to Fort Walton for someone to do cornrows while we were on vacation, and I stumbled upon this salon. We drove 45 minutes up to this salon, and it was completely worth it! Our stylist was extremely down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend everyone, including tourists wanting simple cornrow braids, to come and visit this salon!

I came to this salon because I had several recommendations to see Jessica. She took my attempted botched baliyage that I was charged almost $400 for at another salon and completely turned it into an amazing color and cut without any damage to my hair for less than half of what I originally paid, she even gave me a conditioning treatment for no charge because i was worried about the condition of my hair. Her portfolio of her work is nothing short of amazing and shows her experience and expertise. I would recommend her a hundred times over!

This is the best salon in FWB! Jessica did an amazing job on my hair and I would recommend this salon to anybody!

I have scheduled an appointment twice with this salon only to be turned away when arriving for appointment. I was told that I would have to re-book because they couldn't find my stylist! My stylist was Frankie! The owner! I will NEVER return!

The services in here are pretty great. They are very service oriented in here so they are focused on giving you the best experience that you will ever have in a beauty shop.

I am a loyal customer of Frankie's for about 8 years. I've had highlights, lowlights, layers, full color, a Brazilian Blowout, etc. and I'm ALWAYS thrilled with my results! They staff is wonderful and they always make you feel and look FABULOUS! I currently have a style that is longer in the front shorter in the back with highlights and lowlights and I get at least once compliment a day when I'm out and about. I've even had women ask if they could take a picture to show their stylist, and I always tell them for the best results go to Frankie's!

I am very happy with my ombre hilites! I have tried to have this done elsewhere and they looked nowhere as good as Frankie's did!!! Thank You so much!!!

I went in there to get my hair bleached, and they put bleach on my hair twice over my already partialy bleached hair! Yes, they gave me 2-3 free "repair treatments" THAT DID NOTHING AT ALL! Yes I did say do what you have to do to make it as blond as possible. But I surely didn't mean burn it up! Sadly I had a modeling photo shot about a week from that day.. no bueno!

Anyways; I paid 150$ to get my hair burnt it.

It was just horrifying! I was loosing clumps of hair I couldn't use any heat on my hair and when I brushed it, it looked like I was shedding from all the little peices of hair falling out!

So I went to my usually hair stylist and she did what she could for a couples months to try to save my hair...but nothing was going to make my hair healthy again! I didnt get it bleached after using frankys again just monthly root jobs.

THEN; I decided to get my hair dyed a dark red because I no longer wanted to put bleach on any part of my head any longer ...my poor hairnstylist :/

So, my hairstylist put the dark color on my hair and warned me that since it was so severly fried that the dark color might not take. Well, boy was she right! My hair just looked like a hideous bowl of roman noodle the top of my head was colored correctly but about 5 inches of my hair didnt take at all due to it being dead! Anyways needless to say i was trying to grow my hair back out at the time she burnt it! It was useless! My hairstylist finally got my hair a pretty dark color (:

Before it was basically at my shoulders now its a pixie cut just to get rid of all the dead! Never ever ever going back to this salon! Oh and after she told me not to put any type of heat on my hair she asked me if she could blow dry it and try to straighten it! Lol negative!!! Anyway, the point is I lost basically all of my hair because they obviously dont know how to use bleach!

This place is great. It's a little pricey but how the saying says you get what you pay for. Nice atmosphere and location. The staff is also great and friendly.
