Buyer beware! I purchased a 2018 Ram Crew Cab last week at this dealer. I requested to only see trucks with a V8 engine, crew cab, and a regular bed as my minimum requirements for purchasing a truck. A few days later I was loading something in the bed of my truck that was 6 feet long to find out it wouldn't fit because they sold me a short bed truck. When I called to ask what my options were to fix this I was told that there is no type of return policy. And that my only remedy would be to shovel out more money to purchase a Bed Extender which would make it the length they said it was supposed to be in the first place. In the end I heard a lot of "I'm sorry" and "there's nothing we can do". But that doesn't change the fact that I'm out over $30,000 s for a truck that doesn't meet my needs. If you must buy a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram I would try Crestview first they may care more about their customers up there.

This place doesn’t SELL CARS. They lease them so they can repo them if you are one day late with your payment. There isn’t one car on the lot that has a 299.00 down payment. It cost us over 1500.00 and then our tags were only good for a month. They charged us 600.00 for tags. This place prays on people who don’t have excellent credit and need a break. Save your money and buy off craigslist. The car we spent 13,000.00 from them blue books at 4500.00. Complete rip-off.
Bad Service It took them 6 Days to find out my heated seat modular was bad causing my electronics to go out then I went back because my modular was falling down from under the seat they just pushed it up after my car was there for 1 hour and I had to go back 2 more times for that same thing. another thing is my car came with 4 free oil changes I had 3 and sent my wife there for the forth and they said its a month too late and she has to pay so they charged her 74.20 for it. I'm mad at my wife for paying for it but I'm angry at the dealer for telling my wife she needs it which she don't speak very good english

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Service is terrible. I just paid $3800 for a new transmission in my 04 Murano with 108k miles got in it and it drove just like it did before. It needed a $200 Cam Shaft Synsor. Service has no idea what is going on
Just wanted to leave a review in response to some of the bad ones. I know everyone has good and bad experiences but I bought my car a few days ago, on my way home the car started acting funny, I called the dealership the next day, they came and towed it, fixed the alternator and brakes and didn't charge me a dime. These people are honest and if you call or go to the office with a genuine concern and a good attitude they will help you. I didn't have a warranty and I'm on such a fixed budget I was so woried about the repairs as a single mom I just don't have extra money. Overall a real good experience from the sales man and manager.
I am the first person to read reviews about a business before I do business with them, I read mixed reviews about Sonshine Motors some good, some bad, some horrible. most of the bad ones seemed to come from people who obviously didn't pay their bills on time. Since I couldn't get financed anywhere else due to my bad credit I came to them, I just want to say thank you for the awesome service, and helping me find a vehicle with payments that I can afford. my car is still running great 4 months after ive had it with no issues. thanks again guys
I have been a customer with Son Shine Motors since September of 2013. I put a $1200 down payment and they were great people there and treated us very nicely. In December I paid my payment in advanced all the way until February. Then in February I paid until April. I then called April 1st 2014 and made sure I did not have a payment for March. The lady I spoke to clearly told me I did not have a payment for March and I was paid up until April 5th 2014 Which is a Saturday. Monday April 7th, the repossessed my truck. I called and asked why and they told me I was 2 months past due. I told them that I called and all and they said there was nothing they could do. I have been a loyal cuatomer and even referred a paying customer to them who bought a vehicle from them. She said I was still technically past due by 1 business day and I was a big girl and should know when my payment is due. I absolutely agree, but when I call to double check like an adult and an employee there specifically tells me I do not have a payment i feel like they are at fault.
