had my vehicle towed - went by in am to pick up vehicle and was told it would cost 150 for tow and 53/day for storage for a total of 309 - came back that afternoon to pay and an 80 dollar anmin fee was added to bring the bill to 389 - when I questioned the descrepency was told "you want your vehicle or what !"

I have been utilizing ECC for many years. Chuck has been my go to body guy for over 20 years. I have had panels, doors and recently my front bumper cover repaired or replaced. Black cars sometimes are hard to match colors, they do an excellent job of ensuring customers are satisfied. As for promptness, they squeezed me into their already full schedule to allow me to have my car for a long road trip in the week they wanted to complete the work. I can't say enough about this company or its employees.As far as the nay sayer from out of town, when you recieve your car there is a warranty provided that covers any issues from the work received. If this person could not get them on the phone at first, I am sure the warranty paperwork would have solved any issues. I am sorry they were upset, but this company is awesome and I wouldn't go anywhere else.Good job ECC!!!:)

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.... Stay away. My boyfriend brought his C63 AMG here for body work and they left scratches, over spray and tape residue on his car!!! Chadwick is rude and even put more scratches on the car while trying to scrape off!!!!! Didn't even fix the CLS 63 emblem that is not even supposed to be on there ..... let my boyfriend drive his car off the lot unhappy. If you want a sub par service please, do take your car here!!!!!

Painted my 1995 ford f150 and made it look brand new for under $600. Great rate and even better service. Couldn't find a better fit for a paint job with out spending a arm and a leg. Thanks Guys Pretty Work!

This is an absolutely professional business that I would recommend to everyone. Mike and his staff do great work and in a timely manner. Tammy is very professional and responded to my questions in a very direct confident manner Just a few days after we dropped the car off, Mike called me to inform me that the repair was completed. I didn't expect it so soon. ( THE REPAIR WAS A BEAUTIFUL JOB) I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work Mike did for me on my Equinox... was just like showroom quality. As far as his price... He was half as much as most of the other places that gave me a quote. I had a slight imperfection on the back and he also touched it up and gave me a bottle of touch up paint to go.... I will continue to refer my friends and everyone needing this service to Mike and Tammy. . I work out of town and my wife is very sick,,, Too sick to get out and drive.. Mike even delivered the car to my house.. Now that's a really good business person to go out of his way to make things easier for us. Premeir is a great place to get your car fixed. Its not a big corporation,so you talk directly with the owner. Jordan has a great personality along with many years exp in the auto industry. My car needed a paint job due to years of neglect and wanted it done right. Jordan at premeir did a great job on my paint job as well as my price. Body work or custom frame off restorations to detail this shop does it all. Check them out you wont be dissapointed.

Be aware that they counter all negative reviews by saying it was old management & this is not true. I wish we would have paid attention to the other negative reviews & not discounted them. We paid a lot of money & got ripped off.On the front end, they make all sorts of promises on what they will do & how the finished product will look. The paint job is so awful that people seriously think I did it in my garage. They left too many drip bubbles to count, smudges, scratches, it was never sanded as promised & it looks alot worse than before they got it. Countless people have commented that their 8 year old child could have done better. False promises & an awful job is what we got.When we called to complain they got very snappy & aggressive.

The did a good job on my Jeep Wrangler after an accident. It developed a vibration about a week later. I took it back to them twice and they finally resolved the problem. The even paid for a rental car on the second day they were looking for the problem. Getting in an accident is never hassle free, but they will fix your vehicle right, no matter how long it takes.

Outstanding experience in a difficult time. Having my BMW damaged was a heart wrenching experience. Emerald Coast Collision Repair's service turned this into a pain free experience. They not only provided a perfect product, totally looking brand new, they went overboard in customer service handling everything making me feel like I was the only customer they had.
