Sold my son junk and refused to make it right with him. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from these shady people with no morals. Would like to give it negative stars but not able to

The Guys over at Platinum Auto Sales were honest and trustworthy throughout my entire buying experience with them. After being jerked around by two other dealerships (trying to be taken advantage of and adding hidden fees at the end of the buying process) I decided to give them a shot. These guys worked with me to find the best deal to fit my budget and made sure that I walked away happy! This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had with any dealership and will be coming back with any of my future automobile needs.I worked with both Jason and Sean during my time here and both were great! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Car truck or SUV. They have a great selection, and if they dont have what your are looking they will find it. have had no problems with my vehicle. my wife and I are looking forward to our next purchase.
My son bought a 2008 Nissan Titan from these people. Three days after he bought it the engine started smoking. He called Janson who represented himself as part owner he said that he would have it looked at and take care of the problem. He said he would call my son back to let him know when to bring the truck back. Well he never called him back. After a week my son called Reese's back and talked to Gary who also said he was part owner. My son explained the problem, Gary told him that his father had just died and and call back in a week. I was present when my son made the two calls mentioned above. Well 10 days went by no call back from Reese's. So, my son stated calling every day left numerous messages nobody called him back, So, I took my son down to Reese's to take to talk to them face to face. We got there the girl inside said that Reese's had sold the business and that there was nothing they could do. Well come to find out Reese's did no sell out. Do not buy from these crooks.
I stopped by to check their inventory. Nobody came out as I walked the lot. I bought two cars from Clarksville location in the past. They were very reasonable, but not anymore. Every car is priced over double its value. Who in their right minds would pay that?
if you have this salesman Amos Skidmore a salesman for Bill White Auto he is a thief! He made a fund to help my friends out that live in Lavaca he stole all the donations to them. He sat up a fundme to help the Kaelin's who's home was under water and they rescue wildlife. They lost all the food and fema is not wanting to help them rebuild. Check was sent out in July they have not collect not one penny but Amos did. What a shame to do that to such wonderful people.
I don't normally do this. Actually, I've never do this. But I want to tell everyone I know to never do business with AAF in Fort Smith. My husband's car broke down and he called them and asked about a deal they had when he bought the car there that said road side assistance was free...they told him they thought he was right and then said they would get the car by Thursday. Well, by Monday it was still on the side of the road. Then when they finally picked it up, they asked him about a trade in. He told them he never said he was trading it in, even though someone there clearly said he did. They then told him the only reason they towed it was because they thought he was trading it in and that it was only free while he was still paying on the car. So, because his car was paid off, the towing fee was $240 plus $40 a DAY to keep it there. (When obviously we could've and would've towed it directly to our house for a lot less than that.)Anyway, long story short, never go there.
This is a great reliable buisness. Fast, good, great service
Bought a car here on Halloween. They had to replace the starter before I bought it. Also had an oil leak that we told them about. They just made the leaj look gone. The engine coils had to be replaced. The heater had to be fixed. It still needs the oil leak fixed and the cables that open the trunk and gas tank broke. Paid 3000 for this car and have already put almost 1000 into repairs. Now that it is fixed, its a pretty good little car. Just make sure you have a mechanic thouroughly look at any car before you buy it!!!!
