        Avoid them.



        I have a loan with them by the car dealership. Nearly everytime I have made a payment, I'm sitting at the window or standing at the counter for a good few minutes. At times they seem annoyed at the fact I'm even there or upset they have to be there.



        Going through a rough time currently and trying to talk to them with little success. I get told "It's imprortant you contact me when an issues arises." Everytime I call, my loan officer never answers or returns the call, but feels the need to lecture me about it when I had tried. Normally I try and include positives with reviews, but I really have none at this time.
