I could not have asked for a better repair service call. The repairman notified me of the exact time he would be there and he was!!. He was very polite and did an excellent job. I would recommend this serviceman for sure.

Had Sears send a repairman to look at my Kenmore dishwasher. Told him what was happening and he knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed it in less the 20 minutes. Always have excellent repairmen with Sears products!

Went to have an alignment. Drove home, and car felt weird, unstable. Next day my husband and I tried to drive it back to be rechecked and the we had almost no control over the wheel. The car would swerve into the next lane, it was good thing there was little traffic. Even my husband was scared for our lives. They charged me and had let me take that car with out any alignment and wheels unlocked. Guess what they didn't know how that could have happened. With my husband there to back me up, they redid the job without recharging me. I will not go back, even with the tire warranty.

Not only was this the WORST place for customer service.......every employee I came in contact with lied and just constantly told me false information to drag me alone. They are not up to date with inventory ( I was there to get 4 new tires...they said they had 6 in stock...the reality was they only had 2)...I was then given a promise yet again, that they will have the other 2 tires the next morning....2 DAYS LATER they came in. Oh, and get this...it took 4 men two hours to put on 2 tires...but the icing on the cake came when I go to get in my car and guess what I HAD ZERO BRAKES.....NONE! But to my amazement. ..NO ONE KNEW HOW MY BRAKE LINE GOT CUT! I ended up calling my father and having him come fix my car right there in their shop. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! And no, I was not reimbursed for the new brake line I had to buy! ABSOLUTELY UNREAL!!!!!!!
