Richard refinished our entire home. Kitchen, both baths, ceilings, floors, walls, trim the works! He has done an amazing job and we could not be happier! He and his coworkers were always on time and worked quickly, efficiently and with respect for our home and belongings. Richard has worked on 2 bathrooms for us our last project was a kitchen. Richard does great work when he wants to but he did disappoint us on the kitchen he wanted to be paid by the day instead a set amount like before so we ask how long it would take if we were going to pay by day we ask if it could be done in 2 weeks he said yes it took 3 1/2 weeks so labor was high we had 1 8 hour day 2 4 hour days then the rest were 6 hour days we expected 8 hour days if we pay by the day there was very little he had to go pick up because we bought our supplies. Our backsplash is marble after he finish I found tiles with cracks he said it was the design but next day he said he would redo the ones I wanted to change. After he was finished with the job our kitchen faucet came loose we had to call him back to fix it about a month ago it was loose again so I sent him a email he did not respond so I called when he answered I told him our problem he said it was our faucet we would have to get with the company who made it we got the book out remove the faucet & put on right it is working fine he did not stand by his work. We feel since he has completed all of our remodeling he has no interest in making things right.

Richard has done two bathrooms for us he pays attention to every little detail. He enlarge the master shower which included moving plumbing. He gave his suggestions on what would look good for new shower. It turned out beautiful. Richard is the man for your job. We will have Richard back for kitchen next year.

R. Melton has done many repairs and renovations in our home over the last 5 years. He is a perfectionist and doesn't quit unless the job is perfect. We have never found anything that he can't do, often requiring multiple design and repair skills. Melton Renovations is a rare company with the highest standards and integrity. Richard Melton has done several jobs at my home and business, including setting and laying my tile, acoustic ceilings and painting, hanging and finishing drywall, etc.. He is really meticulous and does the job well. I have not had to call on him to do any re works on any of the projects. He leaves without a trace....[clean work].
