BEWARE!!! They wanted to take my son to the hospital (we could meet them at the hospital not go with him there) put him to sleep to work on his teeth hes 3. I told them i didnt want to do that they told me there was no other option and made me feel like i was the worst parent in the wolrd for doing what i thought was best for my child. I wanted laughing gas it wasnt an option they wouldnt even tell me what all they were going to do while he was alseep very pushy will not be going back!!!!

My Kool Smiles is great. They are great with my grandchildren. Everyone is friendly. Best place to go.

My children are 1 and 3. Kool smiles was awesome. Made my kids feel totally comfortable and they had a good time.

Made it easy to get all 3 children in at 1 time. I watch entire process and they took very good care of kids and kids liked it ,even the 3 year old.

Love the staff at this location. Very friendly, and helpful. Atmosphere is great for children and parents.

Dr. Bryan Downing who was assisted by Amy E. did an outstanding job on my son! They were very professional and took time to take extra care of my son before, during, and after his procedure. Thank you both! I highly recommend that everyone should go to koolsmiles!

I have taken my daughter many times and they always take good care of her. Just like everyone, kids are scared of the dentist but the staff do their best to keep kids calm and distracted with coloring and toys.

It's my favorite Dental Office! Dr. Thomas Sagrera explained everything and was very thorough before working on my mouth. Jennifer F. was flawless as a Dental Tech and was very friendly. Maryann who was in charge of the appts. was super and very professional. And Charolette, well she was just a delight and urged me to fill out the review.

They are by far the best dental facility I have been to.
My kids love going there.
I would highly recommend going to kool smiles.

Dr. Thomas Sagrera was very patient and gentle with my toddler daughter. He engaged with her in fun songs and talked to her while performing her first dental exam. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Chelsie Turner was the dental assistant helping "Dr. Tom" during the appointment, and she was extremely helpful and child friendly. I appreciate them working with my daughter to give her the best possible first dental visit, and being so child friendly.

I really Love Kool Smiles. I have been a patient there for 8 years. My son has also been going there since he was 9 years old, now he'said 17. The staff are Very Friendly and do a Wonderful Job with our oral health care. I would recommend Kool Smiles for people from 1 year old to 100 years old.

Best dentist office ever! The front office is so helpful & always nice. The ladies in the back are super sweet & always keep me informed on my daughter's progress! My daughter was a little nervous when she first starting coming to the dentist, but now she loves coming and we owe that to the wonderful experiences we have always had!! I recommend this office to everyone!

I love the support staff. The people up front and in the back were amazing. The dentist didn't say about 8 words to me and then walked out. That was my only issue.

It is an ordeal taking my kids to the dentist, they have anxiety. Kool Smiles was beyond amazing with both of them. It wasn't a nightmare taking them. The staff was all wonderful, very thorough and explained everything to them. I highly recommend this place!!!!
