Overall

Very helpful and knowledgeable! It was my first time to upgrade and I was a little worried about the whole process but the staff was very friendly and walked me and my boyfriend through the transition step by step. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and they made sure all of our contacts and information switched over before leaving and the prices were very affordable. I will definitely be returning for all of my mobile phone needs and wants!!

Home theater

Poor and unreliable service. Emphasis on UNRELIABLE. I ordered a home theater system for a guest suite totaling about 6000$. I had ordered all the parts from best buy as well. I called twice to make sure everything was ready to be picked up and went over the list with one of their representatives. I also received an email from them confirming everything is ready. I had make many changes int schedule to be present for the delivery and installation. The day of the appointment 2 hours before the expiration of the deadline I get a call saying a key component is back ordered, nothing can be installed!!! They will now try to find it in an other store, no further appointments or guarantees about when all this will be installed. In addition there is no accountability!!! I am contemplating canceling everything and going with AV solutions based out of Rogers who have done an amazing job in a previous project for me. I thought this one is very simple and best buy could handle it but I guess I was wrong. Word of caution when using big companies where people don't really care about customer satisfaction since your business no matter how big does not make a dent on their operation.
