Man! Wish I would have read these reviews! Took my money and my TV! What a mess that place is! Should have known by the look it wasn't trust worthy! I advise it be shut down!

This place is ran by two men, one a Vietnam Vet and I am that one's daughter. He isn't rude, he is nice and wants to help. The one that had his TV "stolen" the TV could not be fixed due to the fact the companies, minus one, haven't released the schematics on them because they do not want you to get them fixed but to buy a new one. The contract states that the fee is nonrefundable because they are taking time out of their already full shop to look at it. You all that are bad mouthing it, need to go to Earl Ray Galentine and apologize to him for bad mouthing him and his partner. None of you probably complained about him when he was on Sears working for their TV repair station. And I bet you didn't know that man served your country.

Stay Clear of this Fraud and his dishonest business. In september of last year I sent my flat panel LCD tv to be repaired. After no response from the owner I went to his place of business I was informed that the tv was inspected and he deemed it to be broken and the service charge was $25.00 which I paid. I then asked for the broken tv back and the owner informed me that hei place of business had been broken into and the tv stolen. The owner refused to replace the tv or to even refund my $25 for his service, I was then informed that he had no insurance. When I told the owner I would be taking further action he became rude and started using foul language. This place of business is a fraud and the owner is a thief, I hope this information saves another customer from this dishonest and shady business owners. The owner refused to even give his name to the officers who where looking into his robbery.

Please don't ever go to A-1 TV Service. They have the worst customer service and the place is very messy like a hoarding place. They will take your TV apart and will not part the original parts and screws back on for you. Service guys are very rude and only care about one thing and that is "MONEY". They will keep your TV for months and won't ever call back to give you status on your TV. Basically their goal is to keep your TV as long as they can so hopefully you will go back and say "just keep it". Regardless, they are still sitting there collecting their $50 service charge. This is a very unprofessional place with older guys that don't know much about Flat Screen TVs.
