I got a great deal, good service, and free stuff with my purchase. 0% interest. Plus I love my new bed. I sleep too much now cause it is so comfortable. I've already recommended to my friends cause they love the great deal that I got. My bed was less than 1000. good investment.

I bought a mattress from here at a great deal, but the delivery service is terrible. They didn't call to let me know they could not arrive at the scheduled time and didn't even arrive the following day or day after. Also the store would not answer the phone when I called to ask why. So the 2 stars rating is for the good deal but bad service. Buy from them, but bring your own vehicle to take your mattress home.
Do not buy a tempurpedic mattress from this store. If you do not like it, you can't return it. You can trade it for something of equal value but as this is the most expensive mattress in the store there is nothing to trade with. Buy direct from the manufacture. They will take it back if you don't like it. But Mattress King will not take it back. They could if they wanted to but they will not. They could have sent it back to the manufacture and I would have gladly paid the shipping but the manager refused. I had a couple of friends that were looking to buy from them. But the manager was looking at the sale not a satisfied customer. Lets just say my friends went to another store.
I purchased $2,600 in living room furniture. 4 pieces. 2 pieces arrived very used and one piece arrived very broken, and very used. My hardwood floors were just refinished and a nail sticking out of one piece put in a deep scratch on my floor. I called them. Nicki called back, kept making promises. She actually had the nerve to tell me that I should just put something over the scratch to hide it. I'm not sure what kind of house Nicki lives in but that doesn't cut it in my house. After several phone calls, they finally agreed to replace the broken and used furniture pieces. These pieces sat in my living room for 8 days before they came to replace them. One of the new replacement pieces had staples sticking out of it. I fixed that myself. You're welcome, Hank. Nicki said she would call me right back to tell me what she's going to do as far as compensation for all of this mess. She had the nerve to also tell me that I bought closeout furniture, I did not. I bought front of the show room furniture and one of their most expensive sets. I purchased brand new, I received used and broken funiture. 8 days later I now have the furniture that I originally purchased, but no phone call back from Nicki. No compensation, nothing. Absolutely the worst furniture store I've ever seen. Also "Stu" or "Stewart" the manager was the sales person. He was absolutely unwilling to budge on full sticker price at all. He just kept running over everything we said and everything he agreed to, he would change behind our back. Now not being willing to budge off of sticker, fine, fine, Hank, after all it's some "fine furniture" right? So if I have to pay full price, just give me the new furniture that I paid for. You know, the "fine furniture" and not "used and broken?" Now agreeing to deliver on Wednesday and then whispering to the lady behind the desk to make it Thursday is just plain rude, Stewart. In short: Avoid this store at all costs. $2,600, 8 days later, $500 to fix a scratches on our floor from the used broken pieces they tried to push on us, and we finally have the furniture we chose in the showroom. You deserve zero stars Hank, you should be ashamed.
Quality products, diverse selection, knowledgeable staff! Would buy from again!
