Interstate Hotel in Fort Smith, AR

The hotel has BED BUGS. KACEY Front desk agent did not help solve situation instead just said your on discount anyway any nothing can be done. I hope she gets replace or train better in situation like this. Manager will b getting a call in the morning. BEST WESTERN Coporate has already been notified. Not taking the situation laying down. Something to be done to correct incident. Hope this help before your decide to stay at this property..

They ripped me off $600.00! First I want to say I don't live local and had no clue about the crime rates at the Regency Inn. I have a friend in prison that wanted to use the Regency for an address for his parole so I called them and made a $600 payment over the phone. I was told that the place was clean and crime free and that all the parolees went there. Needless to say none of that was true. The parole denied my friends address request because of drugs and prostitution at the motel. When I contacted the motel back I was told that the lady running the place had cleaned it up so she don't know why it was denied. She said she would call me back which she never did. After a week in a half I called her back just to be informed that they would not be refunding the $600.00 I had just paid them. I was told the boss would contact me which also never happened. So when I called back to ask why I got hung up on. Stay clear of this place. They will rob you blind!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about 2 months to get on our feet. The place has roaches and the lady complained about everything. I'll admit we did have our dogs but they didn't have any accidents on the floor. The wall where the heater was leaking, she put it down to the dogs wetting the floor instead of mildew. I wont be back here again ever.

Don't stay at this rats nest.wont fix anything wrong.ac was broke for 1 month.loaded with roaches and bedbugs.do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Staff was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable as was the entire facility. Only concern was the breakfast was lacking in choices. Very poor selection. Price was best we have found at any best western in years.

Terrible place to stay. No towels. No TP. Half bottle of shampoo. Filthy place. Bugs. Mirrors you can write on they are so grimy. Wore our flip flops in the shower. Staff was terribly rude to me and my family. I only wish I could post the disgusting pics I took while there to show you.

Worst place to stay!!! My wife got scavies from the bed sheets, couldnt get any sleep from crackheads beating on the walls. For one week 4 out of 7 days cops were there for disturbances. Carpet was dirty they did not vacuum at all when cleaning. Sheets were stained and dirty. And to top it off crackheads beat up my brother in law there. Once again worst place to stay!!!!!!

We visited fort smith recently and we stayed in hotel seasons inn for one night .As soon as we entered we saw a beautiful atrium with a fountain.My kids they enjoyed the heated indoor pool and me and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.The room was nice and clean .Looks likes they they just remodel the room with furniture.

This hotel is not relax inn anymore...they remodeled all the rooms and make it a Motel 6...this is the best motel 6 I have ever stayed before.very clean and beautiful decoration..

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Fort Smith!
