I have been trying to decide on an upgrade from my honda rebel 250. I went in and Harold was very knowledgeable about bikes and was able to make a good recommendation on what bike would suit me based on what I told him I was looking for. I was able to test ride the bike I bought before ever agreeing to anything other than a test ride. I was given a fair trade in value for my honda rebel and was able to purchase my suzuki boulevard C50 805cc at a good fair price with which he even worked to get the price lowered into my price range. I couldn't be any happier with my new bike. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to buy a motorcycle to stop in at wheeler power sports and talk to Harold. Let me tell you not all the motorcycle shops will let you test ride their bike before you are set to buy it or before you have financing in place, however wheeler does and they will offer you a truly amazing experience when it comes to purchasing your next motorcycle.
I no longer have the time nor interest in working on my own cars. And quite frankly the new ones are so sphisticated that I am limited in what I can do anyway. They have worked on both my cars and also rebuilt the transmission in my father's 4X4 in addition to replacing shocks. I am really glad to have found a shop I can trust that knows what they are doing. After various experiences at other places it is a great relief to have a place like this. They're always willing to anwer questions and explain things. They've looked up recalls and warranties before for me too. Vehicle problems aren't fun but when you have someone you can rely on to help, it's a great peace of mind
This place is awesome! I never thought I can purchase a new vehicle but they made it happen not once but twice! I also purchased my daughter who is a college student at UCA a used Ford Focus. They advise me on how to improve my credit and it worked just like they said it would. I have work at several dealerships in the past but this is the only place I have ever or will ever spend my money when it comes to buying or servicing my vehicles. I trust these guys like I do my own family and that's how we will treat you like family. If you have had a bad experience in the past please give us one more try I promise we will not disappoint you!
Bought a car here on Halloween. They had to replace the starter before I bought it. Also had an oil leak that we told them about. They just made the leaj look gone. The engine coils had to be replaced. The heater had to be fixed. It still needs the oil leak fixed and the cables that open the trunk and gas tank broke. Paid 3000 for this car and have already put almost 1000 into repairs. Now that it is fixed, its a pretty good little car. Just make sure you have a mechanic thouroughly look at any car before you buy it!!!!
Ive been taking my trucks to be worked on at Shipley for many years. In the past year or two I can see how customer service has gone down hill. I have always been quoted fairly on any service that needed to be done. It seems to me once the new service manager took over the prices have gone up, new employees that don't seem as knowledgeable as previous employees. I have decided after 12 or so years of taking my trucks into Shipley motor that its time to cut ties.
Customer service at Westark Yamaha is fantastic. Just purchased a 2012 Yamaha PWC and they went out of their way to make the process easy for me. I was in the area from out of state and needed to make things happen quickly. The owner even got involved to help and communications were great. When I buy another Yamaha (and based on the one I just bought, I will) I may have to drive up from Houston just to work with them again.
I had a wonderful experience with Randall's sales team. Brent Domerese, and Dakota Moudy went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted. I, like most people are on a budget so I had to have a certain payment. That's where Brent worked really hard with the Finance dept. to get what I needed. I highly recommend asking for Brent or Dakota for your next vehicle buy. Rick H.
I came here with a friend of mine and we were sure we'll find a suitable Toyota for him at J Pauley. Unfortunately we were not lucky and the model we've picked was not available that day, but the specialist who worked with us advised us to see on repokar com, and we've discovered a really useful reference and my friend got his car there.
These guys deserve a 10 star rating. My car was shifting hard and they urged me to let them do some testing. Glad I did because it ended up being a computer problem. Sure makes a difference when you deal with someone that knows their stuff. Everyone else said it needed a transmission. Aamco save me a couple thousand.
With the help of Danny Novosad it took me two days to find the right car. Danny was a great help showing me different cars according to my specifications. I bought a 2013 Dodge Journey. I love it. Before going to RATH I had been to 7 different dealerships and not one sales person would help me.
